Booked meet and greet when
picking up car:
claiming that the drivers are professionals but:
- there was no case on the key where you can unlock lock car - driver has no idea where and what it was, leading the parking costing £20.00 more than needed
- Scratches on car when delivered
- never had issues before but was told car had to be jump started when delivered?
when advised the delivery driver he was clueless on missing key but unsure why one would remove it?? had to drive back 57miles by being told someone will call you and that no missing case was able to be found.
Wouldn’t use again - plenty others around who will be more safer and reliable!

We booked through Sky Parking Services and it was so simple, however our flight time changed which left us without a lounge at our desired time, SPS did everything they could to help but the lounge was just booked up for our new times. The customer service we received was above and beyond……especially on a Saturday!!! I will 100% be using these again. Whoever I was in contact with from SPS……..thank you for your help.

I booked Manchester airport escape lounge tickets for 2 of us last Monday May 8th. It was a surprise for my husbands birthday as we could not normally afford to use it. On arrival to the lounge they checked my booking and said there was no record of it at all so turned us away! I have emailed and emailed the company but received no help and we are so out of pocket now as we had to buy food and drink in the airport. It ruined our couple of days away. Very disappointed

Well, well, well, looks like someone at Sky Parking Services knows how to run a tight ship. I parked my car there and everything went as smooth as a freshly buttered slide. I mean, I didn't even have time to finish my bag of popcorn before they had whisked my car away to its parking spot. And when I came back to pick it up, it was waiting for me like a loyal dog, ready to hit the road. Kudos to Sky Parking Services for making parking less of a headache and more of a joyride!

Awful, do not use. Flight was early morning, phoned 30 minutes before arrival, then waited over an hour to be picked up, people on the phone kept putting the phone down on me and were rude and obnoxious, thankfully didn’t miss our flight but it was an awful start to our holiday. Never again. 10th April 2023 Manchester Airport.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Skyparking.co.uk. Despite booking a 4-day parking service at Birmingham International Station and paying in advance, I was unable to use the service as the contact information provided by the company was non-existent. The telephone numbers provided, 08393531338 and 0330 1133 200, did not connect me to any valid line, and my email to the company went unanswered.

This is an unacceptable level of customer service, and I strongly suspect that Skyparking.co.uk is operating a fraudulent business. It is alarming that they are able to accept payments and make bookings without providing valid contact information or responding to customer inquiries.

I urge anyone considering using Skyparking.co.uk to exercise caution and consider alternative parking options. I also encourage those who have had similar experiences to report them to the relevant authorities to prevent others from falling victim to this type of scam.

In conclusion, my experience with Skyparking.co.uk was a complete letdown, and I would advise others to avoid this company at all costs.

EDIT: credit where credits due, when my emails were found it was sorted within 5 minutes, can’t fault that! Rating amended!

I have emailed twice to amend the booking for the airport lounge but no-one has entertained either email.

And this includes the ‘contact us’ on the website.

As per a previous review there’s no contact number either!

It wasn’t an error of mine, the airline changed the flight time but changing the lounge time is becoming impossible!

It’s a reasonable request but I can’t get hold of anyone to change it!

Happy to amend this review when sorted but currently exercise caution when booking, if you come into problems you cannot get hold of anyone at Sky Parking Services to fix your issue!

Yet again faultless meet and greet facilities for my latest trip to Tenerife.
Early flight out pick up at 6.30 am and late flight back
at 9.00 pm.
Communications both times were excellent.
Will continue to use you for all future Bristol flights.

Deeply disappointed with the service I received from Sky Parking Services.

Upon arriving at the parking lot at 4 am, I presented the parking attendant with a paper copy of the booking, to which he replied that my booking was invalid. ( My booking could not be found on his booking list)

As a result, I was left stranded and with no choice but to pay full price for another booking at the Meet & Greet car park service at the airport itself. This was something I was not financially prepared for. I trusted the company to provide a reliable and efficient parking service but I was wrong to trust.

Unfortunately, I did not research the company thoroughly beforehand, and I was unaware of any potential delays or issues that could arise. Had I known, I would have taken the necessary precautions to ensure I was not left in such a difficult situation.

Avoid this company at all cost.

1. Avoid the groupon code. They currently offer a 35% discount but this discount code does not work and you will have to pay full price. Groupon will tell you to send the code via email to the Sky Parking Service which they will not reply to. When you complain to groupon they will quite simply offer you a refund but you would have already paid full price at that point.

2. Do not waste your time emailing them, they will not respond.

3. You have to pay an extra £12 at healthrow to enter and exit. This is in addition to the price. If you refuse to pay, the driver will refuse to take your car leaving you stranded. This is not covered in their terms and conditions

4. Apparently they charge an extra £35 if your flight is delayed. Conveniently they want the payment to be cash which means you will not be able to dispute it later or have a record of it. Lucky I sternly refused to pay and didn’t hear about it ever again. Again, this is not covered in their terms and conditions

5. Do not bother cleaning your car before you drop it off. It will come back dirty.

Lastly, I have no clue how this excuse of a company is allowed to operate. I have submitted a complaint to Trading Standards and I hope the highest fines are imposed on this rogue company.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY(!)

They have no live contact telephone number - the two that are provided on their website are no longer in use.

I have tried to change the dates of my booking of the lounge at Heathrow, I’ve emailed several times and used the contact form via their website. NO COMMUNICATION whatsoever. I now just want a full refund.

As somebody who books travel for others, I will NOT be recommending this company for any future use.
