excellent efficient service

I booked escape lounge through sky parking services. Their prices were good, the purchase was easy, emails were received quickly, I would not hesitate using sky parking services in the future, very impressed.

We found out at 6pm last night that the cruise we were due to go on had been cancelled due to the coronavirus so i emailed straight away to try and defer our booking to be told no as you haven't given 48 hours notice. I wasn't after a refund just to defer until we can rebook. Cant believe that with everything going on discretion cannot be used in this instance.

Sorry to hear that you are not happy. As you were only able to email in late last night (after you heard that your cruise was cancelled) to advise that you couldn't make your booking which was early this morning, we didn't receive it in time to be able to fix it for you.

We act as a booking agent and pay lounges and parking providers upfront - This means we need to confirm any cancellations or date changes with them otherwise we are still charged for the booking. Normally we can do this between 9-5:30 during the weekdays. We are doing our best to move bookings for any customers affected by coronavirus but sometimes we need a little more time to process things.

Honestly the fastest and quickest…

Honestly the fastest and quickest response from Mark and Will who helped with rescheduling my booking. Both of which super friendly and was so reassuring especially considering the current global issues of the Coronavirus and its knock on effect with travel plans. Thank you Sky Parking Services!!

Booked Airport Lounge

I needed to make a small change with my booking so contacted customer services. The response was very helpful and was sorted out quickly. I received an email confirming my changes promptly. I would certainly use Sky Parking Services again and have recommended them to friends.

Very helpful and polite

I had an issue when making my booking online, the payment went through but had no confirmation of booking. I contacted customer service and explained what happened, Mark was brilliant all dealt with and sorted instantly- no problem at all. He was very helpful and polite, would definitely book with them again.
