I was called by a customer service op to get me to agree a new deal but because I am deaf I asked if the deal could be agreed by email and I was told 'no'. I didn't realise Sky were so prejudiced

I was called to agree a new deal but I am deaf so I asked the lady if they could email me the deal and she said 'no". I'm so disappointed that my disability is too much to handle for Sky.
