I was called by a customer service op to get me to agree a new deal but because I am deaf I asked if the deal could be agreed by email and I was told 'no'. I didn't realise Sky were so prejudiced

Proximity to people. The sales adviser Peter was very helpful and good . Very polite . All the information needed was given . We are happy for this stand.

Pete was brilliant

Pete was brilliant. Sorted me out with upgrading my Sky tv.
Explained the setup and advised I could speak with him if I had any problems. Great staff

Pete was kind in his approach and…

Pete was kind in his approach and explained the process of switching providers. Forms were explained and the process of the termination fee refund from VM via the TV bills with Sky so we will get the fee credited to our sky account.
