Booking on line is relatively straightforward. Would be really useful to know more than a week before the trip where to meet and the time. Many people need to ask relatives to drop them in town so can’t be done at the last minute if they have work commitments.

A joke the time allowed at resort
Yet again Skills manage to give you the least time possible in the resort on your day trip spend more time on getting there than actually being there.Never before had to leave Skegness at 3.45 ??? Others yet again complained but Skills do nothing.Skills reluctant in any information commit for example to give '5 hours free time' unlike most of their competitors who also are cheaper.My advice go elsewhere !!!

The travel consultant was friendly and helpful. The booking process was easy and I paid a very low deposit. Looking forward to my 2027 holiday.

Awesome Day Trip
As my first time using Skills coaches for a day trip to Chester Zoo, it was awesome. Driver (Christopher) was great. A nice guy, polite, calm, helpful, good sense of humour. Safe & good driver too!!!
I enjoyed the comfortable seats & leg room (seat 45). Clean environment & the air con. Brilliant day out.
Going to book my 2nd day trip for next week.

Issue with toilet onboard the coach
Day trip from Nottingham to Bridlington. Smell coming from the toilet on the coach throughout was terrible.Driver did inform us of the smell/issue but no amount of air freshener used by the driver made any discernible difference.
PS: please stop using copy and paste replies (as you’ve done here) it’s disrespectful

I liked the coach the hotel and the…
I liked the coach the hotel and the Edinburgh tattoo. What I didn’t like was the driver he was scruffy rude and arrogant. He only wore hi uniform on the way home The trip to Stirling was a waste of time. We had 1 hour. On the way to the cruise he was over20 mins late missing the cruise and also went to the wrong place. His driving had a lot to be desired. He is not doing the company any favours

Great two day excursion
Great two day excursion, loved the steam train ride and river cruise. Though the lack of warning about the inaccessibility at Haworth made six have to stay with the coach a great shame! A very competent and polite driver just made it a great experience.
