You seem a caring and pro active company,determined to provide the best possible experience for your customers. This was illustrated on my recent holiday to Wales where weather problems nearly derailed the most important event. Moaning ppl on board The driver was amazing
The drive down to Tilbury was comfy

Easy booking experience
Managed to book all the trips I wanted and the lady was extremely helpful. Only slight downside was a longish wait to be served as there was only one person on the front desk.

Llandudno trip
I recently traveled on the Landudno and Snowdon tour. The excursions were excellent and the driver James was friendly and helpful but the Somerset Hotel was of a very poor standard, particularly the food. My companion and I were allocated a room only metres from the entertainment area and the noise was unbearable. I asked if we could possibly have a different room but were informed the hotel was full. It appeared that the Daish’s customers were favoured as they all had rooms in the quiet areas.

A good holiday spoilt by bad food
The booking process is very simple and straight forward. The reason I only gave four stars was because I have just returned from a holiday in the Austrian Tyrol, the coach was very good the drivers went above and beyond expectations however the holiday was let down by the standard of food at the hotel. It was advertised as a four star hotel but it was no where near expectations. The food was very basic, there was no choice and at the dinner time a plate was just put infront if you, it was also very low quality, the fruit at breakfast was tinned and all vegetables at dinner were frozen. Some days it was inedible. On the last night when there was another coach party there wasn’t enough food for everyone, the meat available was being reheated being cooked earlier. I would not stay at this hotel again.

Helpful but...
I phoned in because I wanted to book at least 3 breaks. The advisor was helpful but I got the feeling it was all a bit rushed. Other than that the phone was answered promptly and I managed to book 3 out of 4 breaks I wanted.

The Best Yet
I have had a few holidays with Skills now and I can honestly say this was the best. The package included a number of day trips which gave a real flavour of the towns and villages around the English Riviera. The driver was very professional, friendly and helpful. The hotel (The Trecaun) had had rather poor reviews so it was a pleasant surprise to find my room (Room 1) was modern and comfortable. The food at the hotel was also very good with plenty of choice. Loved it!
