I booked IN JANUARY AT OPEN DAY
I booked IN JANUARY AT OPEN DAY , FOREST FOOTBALL GROUND, to celebrate Christmas 2026 in Oxford, the high light being Blenheim palace visit on Christmas Eve. To say I’m gutted your not running this as you do not have enough passengers is an understatement. Everything now is sold out as it’s the end of September. Bless her , Wendy has rallied for me to go to Llandudno, but the hotel, reading reviews is covered in scaffolding & has rooms below street level. Paying top dollar as no single rooms available I’m afraid is unaffordable. & the food did not sound very good either. Sorry skills but I’m really very upset that I maybe home alone with a meal for one on 25 th of December !

We completely understand why this situation has been so frustrating, especially as you booked the Oxford Christmas holiday back in January specifically to celebrate Christmas away and to enjoy the visit to Blenheim Palace. Having a holiday you were looking forward to for so many months cancelled so close to the festive season is understandably upsetting, and we appreciate how limited the alternative options can be at this stage of the year.
As you mentioned, Wendy has been doing everything possible to find a suitable alternative for you, and we’re grateful for her efforts in trying to help. While we appreciate that the alternative holiday offered has not met your expectations or budget, please be assured that our team never takes the decision to cancel a tour lightly. Unfortunately, on rare occasions, tours do not receive enough bookings to operate.
Thank you for sharing your experience, and we sincerely apologise for the disappointment and inconvenience this cancellation has caused. We hope we can still help find a solution that enables you to enjoy a special Christmas break this year.

Easy booking experience
Managed to book all the trips I wanted and the lady was extremely helpful. Only slight downside was a longish wait to be served as there was only one person on the front desk.
