The viewing room was very clean and tidy and the cars were easily visible. Andrew came over to ask if I needed help with anything. He was very helpful as I had set in my mind the car I wanted. He showed me different versions and did not push or try to get me to buy the car it was all on my terms. He was brilliant in getting back to me via email and was lovely and totally helpful. He was brilliant.
The car looks absolutely stunning and I cannot fault Audi enough.

Took one of our company vehicles an audi sq7 in for an oil change. When booked it in for a timed appointment to wait for the vehicle, was told it was a fast turnaround and could wait for it, nearly 4 hours later the vehicle was ready. The attitude by the service manager was terrible and most of the staff were ignorant, with the exception of the receptionist. When paying an already ridiculous amount of money for an oil change, the least I would expect is not to waste half a day of my life waiting for a 20 minute job to be done. If customer care is important to you, avoid sinclair bridgend audi

Right from the start the service was first class, the sales man was very friendly and knowledgeable, he was able to answer all questions I asked fully. This lead to my decision to buy my Audi from Bridgend. The show room was clean spacious and bright, with lots of opinion on display. Would recommend Audi Bridgend - thank you guys.

From start to finish Martin was excellent from his first email right through to answering my calls and sorting out my Audi Q3 Sportback. I'm really happy with the car and it's growing on me day by day. The Change Over was good the guy knew his job but was a little disappointed he didn't know a few things that were important to me. Really wish I had read the reviews of Bridgend Audi before going here! It's clear to see they are only helpful when making a sale. Had quite a few faults on my Audi A5 system that needed to be diagnosed. Was told to bring it in for a diagnostic test. After waiting around in Bridgend for an entire day ( live an hours drive away so would be a 4 hour trip there and back twice in 1 day) we were told that they couldn't find the fault and to bring it back the following day. We were told the cost would be £78 but this then changed to what sounded like an hourly rate of £160!! We were then told the car was only booked in for a plug and print (yet they were infact looking for a fault, why would they be doing this if it was a plug and print).... This was not needed as I can clearly see the issues on my screen! Why would I waste an entire day and pay for something I already know!? Then had some rather rude emails from Jade stating the car was not booked in for a diagnostic test. Got charged anyway, still none the wiser to what is wrong with the car and also didn't get the information on what they managed to find which I assume should have been passed on to me. Complete waste of time!! EDIT: Your reply is inaccurate as the second booking was cancelled. No way would I be going back!

Shocking record keeping. Unquoted extra work. You don't get a paper record of work done (Full Service History*) and they don't tell you what work is needed. They also tell you expensive work is needed when it is not. Going to Audi should be a pain free experience but it’s consistently poor. NEVER have another Audi, it’s not worth the hassle.

Ref reply from Audi below. BEFORE posting this review, I spoke with them directly about the service records, and they have not bothered to correct the situation.

There is an Audi TT advertise on there website at a good price, paid a deposit online that evening, this was accepted and a receipt and reservation details forwarded via email.
Sales person contacted myself the next morning and stated that the vehicle had just been sold and had refunded my deposit, I explained that I had reserved the vehicle with the intention to purchase that day however the sales person explained that this normal practice and happens frequently. In my opinion if you follow there protocol and reserve a vehicle they should be obligated to keep this for 24hrs. Note the car is still advertised for sale days later online, Not Happy something doesn't add up.

I want to let people know about the service I received from Sinclair at Bridgend VW . I purchased a nearly new VW golf estate the salesman name was nick lancastle .I was supposed to be getting a email from him letting me know when I could pick the car up ? But because he had taken my email address wrong I never received any email from him .I tried to get hold of him for two days eventually managed to speak to him .and asking him what the problem was .why I hadn't received any information from him .he had been emailing the wrong email address ? So because of this he offered me a free lifeshine paintwork treatment and also upholstery . treatment as a good will gesture because I had waited so long to get the car . this conversation was approximately 4oclock in the afternoon .and we arranged for me to collect the car the next day at 12oclock .we arrived at the garage about an hour early but didn't actually go into the showroom until our allocated time .on inspection of the car there was a bird mess right down the rear pillar of the driver's side the young lady that was dealing with the financial side of the sale of the car .I asked if she had anything to get it off .she came out side with a cloth and polished it off this wasn't a recent bird poo .it had dried up .so on getting the car home I made some enquiries about lifeshine product .and they say to do the job right it takes about three hours .first you are supposed to wash the car and take the polish off apply the lifeshine coating leave to dry for an hour and buff off ..my neighbour is a professional car valeter and he confirmed that the car
definitely hadn't had the treatment done . firstly because the garage didn't have enough time to get it done and secondly .the quick test we carried out on the car with a plastic beaker of water . didn't disperse like it should have if the car had been treated? I rang the garage and asked when this treatment was done .they couldn't really answer my question?but nick the salesman swore blind it had been done . when I asked him for the name of the person he wouldn't give me his name I then asked for the certificate showing that the car had the treatment .he wouldn't give it to me.i then asked to speak to the manager who in turn said that if wasn't happy he would have the car picked up .and I would receive a full refund .I asked him what time they would be picking up the car .he couldn't tell me I waited in all day .I rang the manager again at 4 45 pm to ask him when they were coming to pick up the car .he still couldn't give me a time eventually someone came at 7 30 pm to collect the car .I was told that I would receive my money back in three to five working days .it took about ten to twelve phone calls to the manager after ten days waiting for my money before they eventually paid the money into my account . I made a review then that I would never recommend Sinclair VW to anyone because of the dishonestly firstly of the salesman and then the sales manager .
