Energy Review

I get regular contact to see if I am paying too much for my energy, and to see if they can save me some money.

They are very pleasant but there is only one thing I would suggest is that if they are phoning either Scotland, Wales, or Ireland have someone who is from Scotland phone the Scottish customers so that there isn't any "beg your pardon".

I was initially abrupt due to the…

I was initially abrupt due to the constant cold calls from various companies. However, Brendan was very friendly. I have always been wary of changing suppliers but Brendan was very reassuring. And I haven't got to do anything.! Apart from save some money! And an error on my part. Meant to give 5 stars not 2, I blame technology!

The operator was friendly and helpful…

The operator was friendly and helpful and got me a good deal. My only criticism was the speed at which he gave out the information and how he processed what I said. I am 60years old and need it given slowly. But I did get a good deal for energy and boiler cover.
