Great selection of products and good prices
I found Simply Extinguishers when looking for some stainless steel small capacity extinguishers to fit to a boat for use on all types of fires. They have a great range of products and their pricing is very competitive. The only confusion came when the description of the extinguishers was listed as 'Chrome' on the delivery note, which would not have been suitable for the marine environment I was intending. This was resolved after a short conversation with a customer service representative it was confirmed that this is just a descriptive error of the colour on their system.

Hi Andy,
I'm thrilled you're happy with our prices and the large catalogue of products we have - it's always great to hear from our customers.
We use the term Chrome as it has been adopted across the industry to describe the finish of our shiny stainless steel extinguishers. Plus, it sounds nicer too. These are very popular with our customers, and I'm sure you'll be happy with yours too.
If you have any further questions, just let us know.
Many thanks,
Stuart

Initial error sorted eventually
Wrong (cheaper) item sent. Have phoned a couple of times and given details and have not heard back.
Edit: This was rectified eventually so no issue now.

Firstly, please accept our apologies that the wrong size items were sent to you. Our Fire Stop Pillows are a very popular product, however, it is difficult to tell the difference between different sizes.
Having discussed this with my colleague, I can see you were happy to keep the incorrect items and we have refunded the difference in price. We thank you for the feedback and we will take steps to avoid this error from happening again.
I hope you will still consider using us in the future.
All the best,
Erin

I am very sorry that you felt you were pestered into leaving us a review and I apologise if this has sullied your view of us and the service you received. Our staff work very hard to ensure orders are dispatched as quickly as possible, as your order has been.
We find that honest customer reviews are very effective, particularly for new customers, as it gives them confidence in using our service and shows we are real people. As such, we really appreciate it when customers spare a few minutes to do this, and we find it disappointing whenever we receive a negative review.
Review emails are sent directly from Trustpilot - not ourselves to ensure they're unbiased and independent - and you can unsubscribe from these Trustpilot reviews at any time using the link at the bottom of their emails.

Good service
Good service, very good price, fairly quick appointment booking (2-3 days). However, long waiting time for the final documentation. Customer service was very informative and helpful. In general, the service is worth recommending.

As a whole, I'm glad you were happy with the service you received from us.
Unfortunately, a certificate cannot be generated until the office receives the paperwork back from the engineer who visited you, which can sometimes take a few days as they're busy out on the road. However, we are investing in ways to make this process quicker and appreciate your feedback.
Hopefully, we'll see you again next year when your equipment next needs servicing.
All the best,
Stuart
