We have had a great experience with simply conveyancing. We are first time buyers and to be honest completely clueless as to what would happen. Our assigned solicitor Joseph was brilliant, kept us updated at every step, always responding quickly to any emails or calls.
We were given the fees upfront and nothing was hidden.
I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a conveyancing company.

I am a first-time buyer, and unfortunately my experience with Simply Conveyancing has completely ruined what should have been an exciting milestone.

Both the seller and the estate agent strongly encouraged me to use Simply Conveyancing, explaining that it would help make the process quicker and smoother. On that basis, I agreed. I completed everything requested of me within around three weeks of my offer being accepted, yet more than 17 weeks later we are still waiting for enquiries to be completed on what is a straightforward chain-free purchase.

There have been no survey issues, no chain complications, and no significant problems that would reasonably justify a delay of this length. Despite this, progress has been painfully slow. I have repeatedly had to chase for updates and there appears to be very little urgency, communication, or accountability. Even the estate agent has advised that delays seem to be arising from the seller's side, yet nothing appears to move forward.

The lack of transparency and poor communication have been incredibly frustrating. I still have not received a clear explanation as to why such a simple transaction has taken so long.

As a first-time buyer, this process should have been an exciting experience. Instead, it has become a source of constant stress and anxiety. The delays have had a significant impact on my personal life and mental wellbeing, forcing me to repeatedly change plans and live with ongoing uncertainty.

What makes it even more disappointing is that I chose this firm based on recommendations from the seller and estate agent that it would speed things up. In reality, it has done the complete opposite.

If you're looking for a proactive conveyancing firm that communicates effectively and progresses matters efficiently, I would struggle to recommend Simply Conveyancing based on my experience.

I reached out to this company via their website form and requested a quotation. The next working day, I received a bizarre response which was very informally written and only asked me how I heard about their services. I responded and then heard nothing back after that. Totally bizarre and a very odd way to approach potential new customers; I think a review of their web form response process needs to take place!

I have used Simply Conveyancing a number of times now and have always been happy with their work. They always make themselves available for questions and reply quickly to email requests. The online tool works very well and you can see the progress of your sale at all times.
