Simply Carbon Fiber Arvostelua 

I ordered the S9 carbon fiber screen protector 11/24/2019. Recieved a confirmation from Simply Carbon fiber immediately that my order was placed and that I would receive an email with tracking info. Never recieved that email. By 12/5 I did not recieve my screen protector so I emailed customer service to inquire about my order. A woman by the name of Maria emailed me back the next day and said the USPS lost my order and that they would ship me another screen protector immediately as soon as they were available within 30 days. Can you believe this? They never had one to ship to begin with so they put the blame on the USPS. I started reading their reviews and lo and behold this exact same thing has happened to numerous customers. I told Maria to cancel the order and credit my CC back immediately. It is now 12/12 and my CC still has not been credited. I now went a step further and told SCF that if I do not receive my credit immediately then I will turn this over to my states attorney general because they have been doing this business practice to way to many people. Believe me, it's no the matter of the $20, it's how they do business. I only rated them a single star so I was able to get to this review. This company is a joke and a scam.

My phone fell from my back pocket and my screen shattered under the screen protector.

Great products. My husband loved his watch and phone case. Will be purchasing more products.

Their watches are shitboxes! I tried to return it but got the runaround for 41 days, they have a 30 full refund policy. Imagine That! their products as well as their customer service is rubbish! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I bought an airpods case and it's been 23 days since my order has been placed. I was shipped soon after but still isn't here. I contacted support but I have nothing in return.

Got the privacy edition.
Package was delayed and it took almost 40 days for them to deliver the product. And during this the customer service was just supremely horrible.
Upon installing the screen protector the edges started to come off in a weeks time.
What else could make this worse?

I am very disappointed in the way I have been treated by your customer service you sent me the wrong case I informed you right away and sent you pictures.
Ask you to send a replacement express please, all I got was a email with return details no sorry we will send replacement will credit you the postage nothing.
Just to add I have bought from you guys in the pass totally satisfied and recommended to many of my friend who also loved your cases.
Please pass this email on to your MD I look forward to you response.

I ordered a case for my iPhone X this past weekend. Still hasn't shipped despite the "2-7 day" promised delivery time. To top this off, what business in the 21st century doesn't have a phone number to call for issues? How can it take you three-plus business days to ship an item when you have already created the label AND sent me an email SAYING it is shipped? I will never order from SCF again and I will warn every single person I know to stay away from this company unless they decide to provide me with a delivery time, actually deliver my product, and ideally give some store credit for such crappy service. Very dissappointed.

I ordered a case for my phone 21 days ago, and i have not seen a single sign of the product. I tried to contact them using gmail, but they have replied to only one of my mails. I tried to track the shipping using their included service in their website, but it always showed an error, and never worked. I also tried to get info about the shipping with their service in Facebook, but that never worked as well. It's a complete waste. I dont recommend it to anyone.

Customer service is none existent. Like ordering something and then have to hope you will get it then this is the company for you. Something go wrong with your order or they don't ship it to the right address, they are only reachable by email and take weeks to respond.

I bought the screen protectors and put them on two phones I have. They are complete junk, do not waste your money. Within a week the edges of the protector have come up, and they are not sticking properly to the phone.

Great products, strong, stylish and durable mobile cases. I never regret buying anything from SCF.

I’m from Northern Ireland and ordered the carbon fibre sunglasses from them and I am really pleased with them. Postage from the USA was very fast and have them in time for going away on holiday. The quality of the sunglasses is amazing and the best glasses I have every owned. Will definitely be buying more stuff from them in the future.
