Coque défectueuse, SAV fantôme
J’ai récemment acheté une coque Alcantara Case | GHOST Series – Blue Alcantara / iPhone 17 Pro Max.
Malheureusement, elle est arrivée endommagée : les boutons de volume étaient pliés, aucun bouton de la coque ne fonctionne correctement, et elle exerce en plus une pression continue sur le bouton d’allumage de mon iPhone 17 Pro Max.
En résumé : la coque semble avoir confondu “protection” avec “massage intensif du bouton Power”. On dirait que la coque essaie d’éteindre mon téléphone avant même que je puisse regretter mon achat.
J’ai contacté le SAV par mail, photos à l’appui, mais depuis… silence radio. Même les pigeons voyageurs semblent plus efficaces.
Au final, cela donne surtout l’impression d’un énième site de dropshipping qui facture très cher des produits de mauvaise qualité. Une coque censée protéger mon téléphone, mais qui a surtout réussi à protéger mon portefeuille de tout futur achat chez eux.
Je déconseille très fortement.

Don’t waste your money on them
Ordered a few products from them in January. Due to a mistake it was sent back to them. After a few emails from my side they said they will sent it again. We are now a few months further and have yet to receive any of those products. Never gonna order again from them. Worst company ever.
Lifetime Warranty Hoax
Man, for the longest time I have been a supporter and fan of this brand and their innovative products made from carbon fiber. Recommended their stuff to all my friends.
Then suddenly I noticed my cash slipping out the money clip. I took a closer look and there it was: a crack! And going over the crack you could feel it was there, there were also sharp edges.
I contacted SCF support on 30th December. Countless messages, picture and video requests and the statement that this was "normal wear and tear" later I was offered a replacement out of goodwill. Them folks have a lifetime warranty and the replacement is from goodwill? Whoa. This offer got to me three(!) weeks after initial contact. And the fun part, the replacement wasn't even free.
When I told them I already had to buy another wallet cause I could not deal with loosing my cash all the time, it took another week for them to say "sorry, no refunds intended". So it now has been going back and forth for a whole month! For nothing at all.
Speaking of lifetime warranty, yeah... that was a hoax.

I purchased a briefcase and when it arrived It was warped. With a lot of back-and-forth customer service said to send the case back for replacement . I sent the briefcase back to them along with a copy of the receipt and no one has got back to me. Absolutely terrible customer service do not buy from this company.
Junk money clip
Cheap money clip with missing clearcoat and 2 scratches on each side of the inside of it. for $50 you'd expect better packaging than a tiny cardboard box. Customer service is useless. They also wont process my 1 star review with their most recent review being december 2024..wonder why? smh...
UPDATE: Ongoing paypal dispute case where i had to pay return shipping from Canada to Cali but worst of all, cofounder emailed me asking to modify or take down the review for $75 store credit..lol...horrible business practices. Shady.

Complete Ripoff
This is by far the worst online experience I have ever had. They are extremely slow in fulfillment, I never received what I paid for and now I'm being ignored.
I purchased a case for an iPhone 17 Pro on Oct 12 and paid the extra $5 for priority processing. The item's status stalled on Oct 14 at waiting for shipper to pick up. On Oct 20, I inquired as to the status of my order and was told I would receive confirmation once the product shipped. The item I received on Oct 31 was not the item I ordered, and I reached out to support again on Oct 31. SCF responded on Nov 3 and confirmed I had ordered a phone case for the iPhone 17 Pro and requested I reply with a photo of the item I received. I responded with the requested photo on Nov 3. Despite my follow up emails dated Nov 5, Nov 10 and Nov 15, no one from SCF has responded or made any effort to correct what appears to be a simple fulfillment error. And before you ask, I've taken a nice, calm and straightforward approach in my communication and am surprised at their lack of professionalism. They are quick to take your money, slow to deliver, and completely unresponsive.

Terrible customer service
I purchased a set of sunglasses a while back and the lenses started pealing. I made contact with customer service an after a lot of follow up they advised that they will replace it under warranty if I paid the $10 postage. It has been MONTHS of tedious back and forth trying to get them to respond to emails and still no replacement because the $10 postage hasn’t been paid but I’m not getting the invoice and their response time is terrible!!!!
Never shipped the item I was charged for.
I ordered an item, I was charged and it was never shipped. Customer service answer is they messed up the sku’s so don’t know how to ship my item out. How is this even a company? Any business or human for that matter can look at the email and my receipt to know what to ship. Even worse they won’t issue a refund despite admitting to not shipping the item. It’s a gamble if you will get your product. I’m assuming it’s garbage when it comes.
