Ordered a jumpsuit that arrived…
Ordered a jumpsuit that arrived defective with a missing button. I immediately requested a return. Instead of honoring a return for a faulty item, Sherrvani repeatedly responded to every single request with the same scripted offer to keep the item for 30% or 50% off. I clearly declined multiple times and asked for a return — they ignored my responses and continued repeating the same offer.
This is not customer service, it’s intentional avoidance. At this point I am disputing the charge with Amex. There is a reason their Instagram comments are disabled. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, SCAM COMPANY.
