Je fais suite à ma commande et j’ai du nouveau. J’ai demandé un remboursement suite à une publicité mensongère.

Je joins la photo de la robe initiale ainsi que celle que j’ai reçue, et elles n’ont absolument rien à voir. Les photos du site embellissent largement le produit : en réalité, la robe est d’une couleur flashy, le col n’est pas du tout tressé comme sur l’image d’origine, et il n’y a même pas de fermeture éclair dans le dos contrairement à ce qui était présenté.

Il s’agit donc d’un produit non conforme à la publicité.

J’ai demandé un remboursement, mais on m’a seulement proposé 20 % du montant, sous prétexte que cela ne fait pas partie de leur politique, sauf si l’article arrive déchiré. C’est inacceptable, car le produit reçu ne correspond pas du tout à celui commandé.

Ma sœur a également commandé une tenue pour un mariage et a été très déçue. Elle n’a même pas tenté de demander un remboursement, sachant déjà qu’il serait refusé. La qualité est médiocre, on dirait du papier.

Je déconseille fortement.

Absolute Nightmare

Absolute Nightmare! Paid Money, No Shipment
This is a complete nightmare! I ordered items from Amoonlark near a two month ago — and I still haven’t received anything. The delivery times listed on their website are completely ignored, and I have received no real updates about my order.
When I requested a refund, I was told it was impossible because “the item is still in production.” These production times do not match reality anywhere on the site — it’s outright misleading.
Customer service is useless. They send only generic, template responses, ignore specific questions, and offer no solutions. It feels like the customer is completely disregarded.
I wasted my money, my time, and my nerves — and got nothing in return. I strongly do not recommend Amoonlark — they mislead buyers and fail to fulfill their promises. The worst online shopping experience ever!

Hice un pedido en noviembre que me cobraron al momento. Todos los meses pregunto y solo recibo “buenas palabras” … “lamentamos el retraso” “le pedimos paciencia” (como si hubiera tenido poca después de 4 meses!!!!!) “le haremos un descuento” “nuestros productos son artesanos” “se está tramitando su pedido” “esta ya en el almacén” (debe estar ahí esperando al santo advenimiento) … todo mentira.
Estafa a las personas con pequeñas cantidades y así se asegura que no las van a reclamar porque “no merece la pena”.
El incumplimiento del plazo que pone en la página de 10 días, es un incumplimiento contractual, y por ello, tengo derecho a pedir la restitución del dinero y la resolución del contrato. Si no lo hacen voluntariamente, habra que obligarles a hacerlo.

Three Months of Delays

I placed an order with Amoonlark on December 15 for a standard dress listed on their website, which clearly advertised 7 working days delivery. It is now nearly three months later, and the order has still not been shipped.
During this entire time, the company has repeatedly sent generic copy-paste responses claiming the order will ship “shortly,” but they have never provided a courier name, dispatch confirmation, or tracking number.
Even worse, when I posted a review about the delay, they falsely claimed that my order was a customized design to justify the delay. This is completely untrue — I ordered a standard item directly from their website and never requested any customization.
At this point, it feels like they are simply stalling instead of resolving the issue. A delay of almost three months for a product advertised as 7-day delivery is unacceptable.
Until they either ship the order with valid tracking or issue a full refund, I cannot recommend buying from this company.
