Shepley Heating and Plumbing, based in Banbury, are a family run heating and plumbing company, who have been trading since 2005. We operate in Banbury and the surrounding villages. Our friendly team of fully qualified heating engineers specialise in Worcester Bosch boilers and can offer extended guarantees of upto 10 years. We are trained by Worcester Bosch, so our knowledge and expertise is always up to date. Our plumbers are NVQ Level 3 qualified in Plumbing and we are Unvented Cylinder qualified.

I would definitely recommend Shepley

I would definitely recommend Shepley, it is the second time that we have used them. Very reliable, friendly, on time, clean, tidy working. I can’t fault the service would definitely recommend Shepley for boiler servicing

Robert was amazing

Robert was amazing. He arrived later than planned. Did everything perfectly. Tested the boiler way more to the ideal chap did. Will definitely use you again next year!

Excellent service as always

My oil fired boiler decided to stop working just as the weather started to get cold. It’s the time of year when you expect to have to wait to get an appointment because so many people need to get heating faults fixed. I phoned the office in the morning, in the afternoon Derrick arrived to coax the boiler back into life. Thank you!

Excellent company

A professional completed job and they went above and beyond to accommodate our need to complete quickly. Very friendly and experienced staff who rectified many mistakes made by other tradesmen. Highly recommended

Excellent Service

Excellent service and response. Phoned early morning due to no heating and Robert was there within two hours to repair the system (we're an elderly couple) We have relied on Shepley Heating for over 11 years and have always received excellent service.

Another great experience

Another great experience with the Shepley team. Prompt call-out for a boiler fault and fault quickly diagnosed and resolved. Great service in all respects - I highly recommend.

Always Efficient

Shep was on time, he was very efficient fitting my gas cooker. He tested the burners then explained to me about ventilation when I was using the cooker. This was important as I have a very small kitchen. He is always charming, as I have used the company services before.

Derek and Rob were the consummate professionals. Punctual, friendly, and most importantly, did a great job. I’d have no hesitation in recommending Shepley Ltd.
