Shepley Heating and Plumbing Arvostelua

Great service and friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We had a full 'major' service booked but having checked the boiler and parts Robert recommended a less expensive 'normal' service would be more appropriate and a major one wasn't needed for the time being. Appreciate the honesty! He also helped with some additional issues while on the job. Great service and highly recommended

Very helpful and efficient service, highly recommended.

Shepley Heating was recommended to us when our last boiler service company went out of business. We have just had our second boiler service with Robert and have again found him to be very knowledgeable, thorough and a pleasure to work with. He did an excellent job.
Thank you very much.

Just had a Bosch boiler service by Shepley, excellent company to deal with. Robert is excellent.

Services. Heating system maintenance

Considerate of the property, tidy and efficient

Fitted us in at short notice when busy themselves. Rectified an urgent faulty bath tap not working. Returned following week to fit the new tap we purchased and to fix a second issue (faulty cistern). Really pleased with their service and quick attention.

Brilliant service. The engineer was very thorough. Clean and tidy and very polite. Would highly recommend

Realiable and efficient company with pleasant knowledgeable staff. A recent boiler leak disaster was dealt with without delay or drama

We had our boiler serviced and also had some other work done in the past. They arrive timely and do an excellent job, wouldn't use any other company

Friendly, quick and efficient service.

Shepley have been 100% reliable and really know their stuff. Wouldn't use anyone else for heating or plumbing.

Easy booking, polite company very efficient clean & tidy.. highly recommended

My go to plumber, excellent service, reliable, trustworthy and respectful.

Excellent service ( literally!). Robert also sorted out a problem I had with timer and hot water. Nothing too much trouble for him. Thank you.

Why do Gas boilers break down on a bank holiday Sunday? I contacted Shepley and Rob phoned me back as said there was no point in coming out as the fault would require parts and we would have to wait until the merchants opened on Tuesday. They came out on Tuesday ordered parts fixed on Wednesday. Thanks Shepley

I just had a service on my oil boiler. Shepley is a great company - always arrive when they say they will and always do a good job. Prices are excellent too.

Great price ,great service .Highly recommended.Engineer was very friendly & helpful. Really pleased with their work carried out .

Very good company. They actually arrive when they said they would! Always clean and tidy and very friendly.

They really know what they are doing and if they don't they aren't afraid to admit it and contact partners - ie electrical but ensure a good job is done.
