Shepley Heating and Plumbing Arvostelua

Excellent
Went the extra mile to help in an emergency, despite being already extremely busy.

Thank you, it was much appreciated

Another year, another service due and painlessly completed once again by Shepley. Excellent quality of work by friendly competent engineer (Rob, I think). No qualms whatsoever recommending this company who price their goods and servicing very competitively.

Excellent service as always. Knowledgeable, efficient and boiler continues to do a great job too!

Booked the annual boiler service via the online App/website, which was extremely easy to use, I received an immediate notification plus a reminder 24 hrs prior to the visit.
Turned up as per the allotted time slot, extremely friendly, completed the service and provided some really useful advice. All in all excellent service and 100% recommended.

Prompt response to initial enquiry re a non-urgent but annoying problem. Plumber arrived at stated time and worked efficiently to make necessary repairs. Bill reasonable for the job.

On time, friendly, professional, reliable. Have used them multiple times and wouldn't go anywhere else.

A simple (for the plumber!) issue sorted within a few minutes. Great local service. Good advice too.

As usual an outstanding service throughout.

Our electric shower stopped working over Christmas. Great to get an appointment without too much delay over the holiday period and even better that it was fixable rather than needing a replacement: always great to find someone competent to facilitate a repair rather than offering an upsell.

Excellent prompt service as always. Many thanks.

Really great company, serviced my boiler - friendly, professional, and less expansive than I'd seen other firms advertising. Highly recommend.

As always great service, arrived on time, top man Robert.

Excellent company to do business with local friendly competitive and professional Thank you team Shepley

Excellent service as always. A really pleasure doing business with Shepley's.

Rob once again arrived in time. Working in his usual clean way, my boiler was serviced within the hour.
It's a pleasure to look forward to his annual visit. See you next year Rob.

Another successful visit from Derrick Shepley, to correct pressure drop in our heating system during very cold weather. Over the years we have had great service and system enhancements from Rob and Carl too.
A pleasure doing business with them.

We have had our boiler service for the last 11 years with no problems at all. This is all due to the exceptional Worcester Bosch boiler and excellent support from Robert and his father. Prompt and reliable.

Always a great team!

Carried out first boiler service. Excellent. always a pleasure to deal with.

These guys are simply brilliant. Always have them do our annual boiler and gas fire checks. Very friendly service and very genuine people who always give a fair price. Can't fault them and they will go out of their way to help when they can, especially with loyal customers, something sadly missing from today's world. Can't praise these guys enough.
