Simple and clear communication, their followup was top notch.

I cannot speak to a real human being for customer support. I am unable to verify my documents despite providing necessary information.

I wasted so much time only to get denied. Not only that, but I am a graduate student who can give an honest and objective opinion on Gemini Pro for students if only I could have my documents validated.
Since I cannot use Gemini Pro, I can only give my opinion on ChatGPT. This is so sad and such an embarrassment for Google. I thought Google's business model was to support education and the college students, but teaming up with SheerID is contradictory to that.

I think you should qualify being on social security disability for extreme connect, also I'm on lifeline and I sent a screenshot but they don't have my full name on there, so you should explain how to do the lifeline qualification. Besides all that Ash was very professional.

An awful company with some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. Their system regularly claims you’ve exceeded a verification limit, and when you reach out for help, the only response is an agent saying they can’t assist before closing the ticket. It honestly makes you question what purpose customer support even serves. At this point, having no customer service at all might have been less frustrating.

The company makes mistakes which lead to a refusal of verification. When contacted to correct the problem, Sheerid sends a canned response which tells you they won't help and are closing your request for help permanently. They will not respond to anything further and there is no way to actually contact a human being. Terrible company.
