We are very disappointed to read your review and would like to clarify a number of points.

Firstly, we have not, nor have we ever, overcharged for any of our products. All of our garments are sold strictly at the Recommended Retail Price (RRP) as set and advised by the brands we stock. The Vilagallo jacket you refer to is available on the official Vilagallo website at the exact same price as it was sold in Sheena’s Boutique.

The price difference you mention relates to another retailer choosing to discount below RRP. While that is their decision, it is not reflective of overpricing on our part. We will be alerting Vilagallo to this, as significant undercutting can damage brand positioning and impacts independent retailers who adhere to agreed pricing structures. We are confident pricing will be brought into alignment across stockists.

Regarding delivery charges, our postage fees are in line with many retailers across Ireland. We charge only what it costs us to send parcels — we do not profit from shipping. In addition, unlike many retailers, we do not charge customers for bags or additional packaging.

In relation to delivery times, once an item is dispatched, delivery timelines are dependent on the postal service provider. We always aim to dispatch orders promptly and provide tracking where applicable.

We work extremely hard to deliver a positive in-store and online experience and value all of our customers. As outlined in our previous email, we are always here to support and assist in any way possible and would have welcomed the opportunity to address your concerns directly.

Thank you so much for your feedback, and we’re really sorry to hear you were disappointed.

We completely understand how frustrating sizing can be. For EsQualo, their size guide runs from 34 (XS) up to 42 (XL), so the size 42 you received is classed by the brand as an XL. That said, we know that sizing can vary between brands and styles, and it doesn’t always feel consistent.

If you’d like, we’d be more than happy to help you with an exchange or return to make sure you get something you feel great in. Please feel free to contact us directly and we’ll look after it for you.

Thank you for your review, and I’m really sorry to hear your order hasn’t arrived yet — I completely understand how frustrating that is.

Your order was placed on Saturday 3rd January and was collected by An Post on the next working day, Monday 5th January. Unfortunately, An Post have advised there are delays in the mail centre due to high volumes, which has affected delivery times.

As soon as we received this review, we contacted you immediately by email and began investigating the tracking with An Post. As a goodwill gesture, we have also waived/refunded your delivery fee. Please know this is the first time we have been made aware of any issue. We take all feedback very seriously. It helps us learn and grow as a team.
