I bought a product online which wasn't as advertised and I submitted a request for a return under (doesn't match description) and they started with the drama it's unbelievable. Intimidating customers as they don't want to pay return postage £3.95 or something, making treats and telling you if they get it back you get less refund.

Hi Hristo Rankov, Unfortunately, the dildo purchased was advertised as 7.8 inches in total length. You compared it to another dildo you own which has an 8-inch insertable length, and complained that our item was not 8 inches insertable and not as large as your other dildo. We asked you to measure our item and compare it to the photograph in the listing which clearly shows the measurements, but you refused to do so. We explained that we are still happy to accept the return if the item is still sealed, as a change-of-mind return. However, under eBay policy, we do not cover return postage costs in this situation. We also explained that if you can show us the item does not match the measurements provided in the listing, we would be happy to cover the return postage costs. I am unsure what else we could do here, we clearly advertise the size of the item and explained the process, but we cannot magically make a 7.8 inch total length dildo be as big as another dildo which is 8 inches insertable length. Great UK sextoy-store with a great line of products and fast delivery
I first discovered Sexyemporium.com a little over a week ago. I was looking for a specific item I could no longer find on Amazon UK or in any other online webshop. Luckily, they had exactly the product I was looking for. I ordered it immediately, and it was almost immediately dispatched and was on it's way to me with UPS Express delivery courier.
However, I had again forgotten that there is an import-tax on all products from non-EU countries. I had forgotten that England left the EU several years ago through BREXIT.
I thought it was already enough to have to pay for the Express delivery fee so I decided to return the item until I felt I would be able to afford paying the import-tax on top of the items price with express delivery.
But that is not the fault of Sexyemporium.com. It was my fault. I forgot the importtax fee which has been an issue for me several times already when ordering products from online stores abroad. So I have decided that I have to write a note to self where in it will read: ALL products ordered from the UK come with an import-tax!!
You, Sexyemporium, have the largest online sex-product catalogue I have come across for a long time. You also have a secure, and a standard, fast, delivery of all items ordered from your store.
I give you 5 stars.
I will get back to you soon once I have cleared the import-tax issue with myself 😅

We truly apologize for our fault with your order's shipping.
When you placed your order, we let you know via email that due to our new UK warehouse and updated shipping systems, one of your items could only be sent via tracked24 instead of our usual guaranteed special delivery. While we hoped for a next-day delivery, unfortunately, it's not guaranteed to reach you before 1 pm. (We've been hearing a lot about Royal Mail issues in the news.)
On the day you made your purchase, we refunded you the full £4.99 postage for that part of your order. The other item from our original warehouse did make it on time before 1pm the next day, as you can see in the tracking info.
