We really sorry to read this and that your experience was so disappointing - that’s certainly not what we want for any customer.
We have not made any changes to the zip colour on this product, so we would genuinely like the opportunity to look into what may have happened here and check the items received.
We did not receive any contact from you prior to this review and we are always happy to help with faults or concerns when we are made aware of them. If you would like to get in touch with our customer care team, we would be more than happy to investigate this for you.
Kind regards,

Thank you for your review. We are really sorry for the delay with your order. As explained in the email we sent previously, your parcel was held by customs in the destination country, which is unfortunately outside of our control.
We have now checked the tracking and can confirm that your order has since been delivered. We apologise again for the inconvenience caused and hope you are now enjoying your purchase.
Please feel free to reply to our email if you need any further assistance.

Beyond Disappointing
I had a really disappointing experience with this company. I pre-ordered a pair of their tights and they arrived in beaten-up packaging with no clear warning that opening or trying them on would void the return policy. Once I tried them, I discovered the fit was poor - the ankles were baggy and the material across the bum flattens instead of enhancing curves. Most companies include a hygiene strip so customers can at least assess the fit without losing the option to return, but not here.
I went to the effort of returning the item (which you have to do at your own expense, via tracked post), only to be told that they would not issue a refund because the tights had been “visibly tried on” — something that was not stated anywhere on the packaging. Nor was it even stated on the product page itself - the only place it mentions no refunds is on the actual refund page. In total, between delivery, return postage and the cost of the tights themselves, I wasted £40 on an ill-fitting, poorly made product.
Fuming doesn’t even begin to cover it. I wouldn’t recommend this company and will definitely never purchase from them again.

Vastaus yritykseltä Pinkgrapes
Hello,
Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear the tights didn’t meet your expectations.
Regarding the packaging, pre-order items arrive in the manufacturer’s packaging, and while we do try to ensure everything arrives in good condition, we are sorry if it fell short this time.
When the tights were returned, they showed visible wear on the soles, so we weren’t able to accept them back. As with underwear and other intimate garments, it’s standard practice not to accept returns once an item has been tried on, and this is outlined in our Refund Policy.
For clarity, the tights were £24 with £3.99 postage. Return postage (£3.55) is paid directly by the customer, which is also standard for most retailers.
We understand it’s disappointing when something doesn’t fit, and we’re always happy to help with sizing or recommendations for future purchases.
Kind regards,
PinkGrapes Customer Service
