Sernes Arvostelua

I’ve bought a total of 6 items from these guys now and have been nothing short of extremely happy with my purchases.
I’ll admit, the first pair of jeans were perfect with the exception of a misspelled word that was embroidered on the leg. When I mentioned it to the company they were more than happy to refund or exchange …but my concern was more about whether or not the word was intentionally misspelled or not. They said that as far as they knew it was intentional but had no idea why.
I easily remedied the problem by removing the stitching on two of the letters and removing them from the word. As for the fit of these jeans? The couldn’t be better!

Fast shipping, True to size, my favorite pants! I have since returned to buy.

I love the jeans so much its what i wanted, exactly how i expected it but the t shirt was small for me and i wanted to retur it but after reading the return policy and all other stuff with it i decided to five it out cos it gonna be a waste almaking the return all same it was a great experience shopping with them..

I’ve purchased four pairs of slacks from you now and have nothing but good things to say about each experience.
Fair prices and fast delivery. I golf in my Sernes slacks every week and they’re comfortable, classy and high quality.
Best of luck, thank you!

Awesome jeans, super comfortable and they look great as well

I am often leery about from sites I see on insta but was pleased with my purchase. Will order again.

I purchased a paid of the Bronx jeans a while back and let’s just say it was a rough start. I received a defective pair that only had three out of four “D” loops to attach the belts they sent along with them to attach too. Where the missing loop was, there was a hole in the pocket which ultimately ended with the entire pocket ripping open from the bottom and eventually the whole back pocket came off the pants. I was sent another pair as compensation ( after I was told I was being sent another pair of jeans I had to wait a couple weeks just to have only two belts show up because the “warehouse” thought my belts were the issue.) after I finally received my new non defective jeans I thought my troubles were over. Up until I bent down to pick something off the floor and the pants ripped super easily. (Keep in mind I bought mine a size big so I would have extra mobility) I’ve never had pants that ripped this easily. I was actually able to completely rip the pants off section by section and take them off of my legs.
I thought maybe it was just the one pair but of course, I tried wearing my second pair out of the two they sent me and I ended up ripping them getting into my car at the grocery store.

They came fast the material great and it’s my favorite clothing company now and fit great I’m very pleased and I said that in Facebook to

Great product. Fits perfectly and very stylish.

Customer Service is amazing
The customer service team took amazing care of me with my return and exchanges I had. I had ordered the wrong size in one pair of pants but also didn't love the look. Went back and returned those and got different ones that are much more comfortable and fit much better due to guidance from their team. Will order from here again and again. I even got my original discounts when reordering!

Very quick delivery, great products, great customer service.

Initially got the wrong sizes as I wasn’t sure how accurate to US sizing things would be. Jennifer was super helpful in getting through the refund process and I got the correct sizes and love my purchase!
