The dress and accessories I ordered are amazing! Very nice quality and beautifully made. Shipping to the Netherlands also went very smoothly. I look forward to wearing the dress on our wedding day! I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because the dress was very wide under the armpits, so I had to have it altered.

Fabulous accessories! I was so impressed with the feather headband and earrings that I went back and purchased a dress. Can’t wait till it arrives. I’m going to a Gatsby Gala April 25th! PS I emailed customer service on tracking and they were very kind and responsive.

I ordered a dress from this company 3 weeks ago. My order was supposed be delivered within 6-9 working days (about a week ago). I needed the dress for yesterday and because it didn't arrive on time I had to spend even more money to buy a back up.
And where is the dress? Still somewhere in China, assuming of course that the dress actually existst.
I can't believe that it's been 3 weeks and they haven't even despatched it.

Beautiful dresses and jewelry at a very reasonable price! My mother, daughter and I got everything we needed for a 1920’s style Gala. The delivery was fast . The quality was excellent. And the sizing was true.

Beautiful clothes, attention to detail. Bit of a hiccup with Yodel on delivery but Babeyond reached out before I had a chance to do anything which is so helpful, they sorted Yodels problem quickly and dresses arrived. I am so thrilled with my dresses, perfect for me, fit is good generoussizing, but sooner that than tight (ordered size 10). Again love them, will definitely be ordering again.

The service was excellent. I had purchased a dress that ended up being a bit large. I did not want to send it back until I tried the smaller size. I wrote to them and they were so helpful and understanding. I waited until the smaller size arrived. After ensuring the fit Zi contacted BABEYOND and the helped me with the return. A+ service and A+ for the perfect dress.

The gold sequined fringe dress I got is beautiful. However, it is too small, and it is a large. It is so short that shorts under it show. It is too tight, and not much coverage at the top. It is also low cut in the back. I just ordered a shawl to wear over it, so I am not so naked.

The dress was beautiful and I got so many compliments! My only concern was the length of time for delivery. I was a bit concerned it would not arrive in time, but they came through in the end and were helpful in getting it to me for the special occasion

My dress was so much better in person, I was worried the quality of the fabric and beading would be low. When the dress arrived I was blown away! It is one of the most beautiful and comfortable dresses I have ever owned. The beads are high quality, the stitching is strong, I did not lose a single bead all night, and the fabric was high quality, nice, soft, breathable and had a little bit of give in all the right places. I had zero scratches from the beading! 11 out of 10!! Buy this dress! You will feel amazing in it, also- sizing is spot on.

I ordered a good many dresses knowing I'd be sending some back, but I wasn't sure what was going to work. In my experience, either it was true to size or I needed to size down. I don't know if I recommend doing what I did---ordering so many. I told myself I could keep 2, (maybe 3)--1 for the event that was coming up and the other for fun. Y'all! I kept 5 and I love them all!

Returns were really easy and fair.

I bought a dress from the website. Followed the sizing guide really carefully. When it arrived it was a bit too big and so I decided to order the next size down to compare. The smaller size is the one I want to keep and so I submitted a returns request via their website to start the process of returning the bigger one. I received no returns instructions as per their process and so I sent a follow up email to their customer service email..still no reply. I've now sent two follow up emails and there's just radio silence. I'm now stuck with two dresses and no refund. I don't know what to do next as no one will communicate with me. The dress itself is actually very nice so I'm really disappointed as I won't order from them again if this is their customer service.

I expected costume-quality flapper dress, but WOW was I pleasantly surprised to find actual attention to the details of the construction...especially for the price! The company is an actual company, doing great work, with humans that follow up for that personal touch. Its so refreshing to find a real company in an ocean of knock-off fake online companies that, all too often, disappoint.

I should have checked the reviews before ordering. The package arrived after 5 weeks. New Year was gone and the dress not needed. Struggling to return that guess what.. not accepted unless within 2 week window! On their return page, my order number is "not found". Then try emailing, nobody gets back. What a scam!

Love the quality of products, would love to see a speakeasy line of dresses that are more sexy, shorter, and look good with garters and stockings.

I converted my points into a reward and was looking to purchase a pearl necklace. I unfortunately missed the deadline of the expiration date by hours and reached out to customer service for assistance. They were so understanding and emailed me a new discount code for the same amount so I could purchase the necklace. I’m so thankful and excited to wear my dress for our upcoming company yacht party!
