Sernes Arvostelua

Love Sernes brand, if anybody orders from the Blackwell Collaboration get sizing advise, I went with the model is normal man wearing XS, big mistake, way too small and just cost me £20 to return it, definitely get advice, I will NOT order these products again, out of pocket with nothing to show for it.

Really good jeans with very affordable price.

My jeans didn't arrive yet cause have been stuck at the border cause they want me to pay 54 euro more for border taxes... I don't know how to fix the problem and the service told me they can only give me a coupon of the amount of the taxes I have to pay so I have to spend more money on your shop with the risk the good will be stuck and the border again...

I bought 4 pants with sernes, normally the processing time takes 1 - 2 business days for , but for this order it took 7 days because they made the mistake to sell two of those pants that was out stock. They told me they going send me two pants, and a refund for the others two. Well, after one month, I'm still waiting for my refund. They love having things"out stock", in fact, 80% of their Merchandise always are out stock. Just Be careful.

Late delivery missing item

Much to saying but me Trust the sernes Business and respect the idea or the philosophy of the sernes-the FEARLESS as well!.

Jennifer from customer service was very helpful extremely professional and courteous.I will definitely shop again

I ordered a pair of slacks early in June,2021. By July I hadn’t received my order, nor had I heard anything from Sernes. Finally, I decided to contact them to see if there was a problem with my order. A representative reached out to me, apologized for the delay and offered me $50 for an additional product. I was still very skeptical about the company, as well as the offer, but the excuse and offer seemed sincere, so I just went with it. After all what did I have to lose? Shortly thereafter, not only did I receive my long-awaited order, I also received the additional ‘free’ gift as well. I do appreciate Sernes (and their representative Jennifer) for their top-notch service.

I ordered two pairs of jeans and was promptly informed that one pair had just gone out of stock. A customer service rep (Jennifer, I believe) courteously offered to send a different pair of my choosing. This is my first buy from Sernes, but certainly not my last. Thank you.

No problems whatsoever with the jeans overall, great designs, perfect fit, very quick delivery as they arrived one day after dispatch, quick response via emails as it was my first time buying from the company and I’m a little bit cautious when it comes to company’s advertising on Instagram, very satisfied with the jeans and will definitely buy from here again

Love the jeans! I think I have just about all of them. Great service and the delivery time is fantastic

My pants from Sernes are amazing, stylish designs and a breathable fabric for the denim

I ordered a pair in the wrong size on accident, and they were incredibly helpful and sent me a replacement pair in the right size, expedited shipping for no additional cost. SUPER NICE. I love the pants, and I'm ordering another pair. Great company and product, definitely going to keep up these guys

Great jeans, fit perfect, great price, insane fast shipping.

VARY PROMPT RESPONSES TO GET THE SITUATION RESOLVED.PS IT TURNED OUT YO BE MY FAULT.I DID MESSAGE BACK AND APOLOGIZED. JENNIFER WAS PROMPT AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. A+ 😀

The produt is really really really nice! The only thing is that in one of my products, the recommended size was a little bigger than the size I nedd, but nothing to worry about. Shippin was excellent and the delivery time was incredibly fast. I just have to wait for the 1st. wash to see the printing quality, but, everything before that has been amazing!
