The ties are beautiful and are made of top quality silk. This time, Fed Ex lost my ties at their shipment center in Memphis on the way to Chicago. I notified Sera Fine Silk about it. Elisa was great. She got me replacements and had them shipped so they got to Chicago in a few days. Elisa gave great customer service. Very helpful and cooperative. I like their product and the way they do business.
