Ordered two toys for my son’s birthday. Only one arrived. Now waiting on customer care getting back to me however I don’t have high hopes of the reviews are anything to go by. Really disappointed. Would not order again and would not recommend

Very disappointing
I ordered two items for my 4 year old grandson’s 4th birthday . He has autism and I thought these would be ideal for him. One item arrived but the other worth £17 never appeared. I have contacted the company on several occasions without success. Ver upset and disappointed

Missing items and unfulfilled faster delivery
Ordered 2 sensory chews for my little boy. Paid £5.99 for faster delivery so he could have them asap for school. Only one arrived. No information about missing product. Have asked for refund of missing product and for the unfulfilled promise of faster delivery but no clear response to confirm of either. Will admit, did not do my due diligence of research before placing my order. Will not be purchasing from them again.

Incorrect items sent and items missing from my order. Very difficult to contact and doesn’t reply back to the website enquiries. When managed to get hold of them they didn’t apologise for the mess up of my order and stated I return back to them at a charge of £3.99!!!! Stay away!!!

We’re sorry your order didn't meet your expectations and that your first experience ordering from us was disappointing.
We have reviewed the full email trail and the return request connected with your order. We received your follow-up on 23 October and responded later that afternoon after identifying that your earlier website enquiry had not reached our Customer Care inbox. We asked you to provide details of the items you believed were missing and submit a return request so we could formally assess the matter.
Our returns process states that the Returns Team reviews submitted requests within three working days, after which we confirm the appropriate next steps. This process helps us distinguish between items that may have been supplied incorrectly and items returned for another reason.
The return request includes some items selected under the reason **“Didn’t like colour”**. This indicates a change-of-mind return rather than a report that the items were incorrect, faulty or damaged. If you wish to proceed only with the items you believe were supplied incorrectly, please remove the items marked **“Didn’t like colour”** from the existing return request. We can then review the remaining items together under the same request.
At no point in our email correspondence did we state or suggest that you would be charged £3.99. That figure does not appear anywhere in the messages sent to you. Our correspondence directed you to submit a return request for assessment and explained that the Returns Team would confirm the appropriate process after review. No specific return charge was communicated or imposed in those emails.
We also acknowledge your concern about the time taken to receive a response. Once your message reached this support ticket, we responded and followed up the same day. Our customer service process and automated responses set out the expected review times for website enquiries and return requests.
We are reviewing the missing-item issue and the return request through the appropriate processes. We apologise for the frustration and hope this clarifies what was communicated, why some items appear on the return request, and the steps needed to progress the matter.
