Selco Builders Warehouse Arvostelua

Dealt with Jaz at Dudley Selco. Absolutely amazing and helpful member of staff who is an asset to Selco Builders Warehouse. Very knowledgeable with a good wealth of knowledge on roofing products which I purchased today.

To be fair i used them for years one of the best builder merchants i used.even when there has been a problem always been sorted out fast and that's all you can ask for.

There has been a definite change recently, for the better, the staff are more helpful than ever, from offering to help you load the trolley, to offering help to load the van, hopefully it lasts

Excellent product and ALL staff we have encountered especially helpful and an excellent service

Sorted out my order and had it delivered sharpish. Brilliant..

Amazing customer service from Diane & Kath. Helped us find the correct product and where to locate it. Lovely woman and so happy to help 🙂

Friendly helpful staff. Got what I needed thanks to Des and Lena as I know nothing about plumbing !

We had the most amazing experience with Vance who delivered our plasterboard.
We live on a main road and it was no easy mission to get this plasterboard on our patio.
He spend the time and effort to ensure it was an easy job for us to unload off the pallet.

I have got to say, the service I received yesterday and the overall experience was second to none!! As a lone female needing advice and help, Luke… absolutely amazing! nothing too much trouble so helpful and knowledgeable. Jaz, Mike and Manager Callum what a great team, friendly approachable and attentive! these guys need a big pat on the back because this is why customers return for a further purchase. thanks again guys, I will definitely be back!!

Selco clearly are customer focused, the young lady who served me yesterday Vilma or Wilma I think the young lady's name was make shopping at selco a pleasure.

The driver Nick from Peterborough branch was very friendly, polite and professional. He delivered the materials on time and kindly placed them exactly where we requested. Great customer service, much appreciated!

Could not find what I wanted, a concrete fence post. Member of staff went into the yard and carried it back to me. I wanted a number of items too large for my car. They agreed to deliver free that afternoon. I explained I would be at work, please just drop on my driveway. When I arrived home my wife informed me that me that they sent her a message confirming their exact time of arrival. On arrival they insisted in carrying the goods into our garage. I could not ask for better service and prices very competitive

Great selection of products at very competitive pricing. Delivery options were plentiful and when my order arrived, the delivery driver was very polite and helpful, a great business.

Aga - wow what customer service. Absolutely amazing. Genuinely will be recommending your service based on her service alone
.

The staff are helpful and friendly and received good value for money and wide range of products and prices as trade member you get value for money always use selco as its local and better than travis perkins and other builders merchants

The young lady on the tills at Catford branch is very rude and always looks like she doesn't want to be at work as she is always miserable and impolite and is not very helpful. She obviously doesn't like her job.

I get 20% discount due to the amount I spend at Selco. Anyway today I asked her if the flooring that I bought was red line which means not available on a discount. She told me that the product is not red line but also told me a lie by saying that the product was already on sale (real deal price) and because of this she would not be able to give me the usual 20% discount. I believed what she said but before I left the car park I checked Selco's website and discovered that the flooring was not on sale (real deal price). She told me this lie because she could not be bothered to give me the discount or ask her manager to authorise the discount.

She did not put her name on the receipt but her staff number shown on the receipt is 534551.

I've never been to Selco before, the company was recommended by my builder. The customer service I received from Tess, Matt and Dee at Elland Road was brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Superb customer service. The deliveries arrived in time with no hassle. I can't recommend them enough.

Visited Selco yesterday, IG11 8BL did not have Leyland, oil based paint. Advised to go to E16 4SP, nobody was available to mix paint. Staff as helpful as they cld be but busy unloading deliveries. Staff very pleasant helpful. Staff advised, N17 Then drove to N17 7BF. Leyland paint machine has not worked for a year, the only mix wld be Dulux, costing £90.00 for 2.5 tin of oil based egg shell paint. Staff very helpful but I am not prepared to pay £90.00 for 2.5 Dulux paint. So, I called Chris Stevens and will purchase paint from them. Wasted whole afternoon visiting Selco sights. Not impressed at all.

Rumit, at Selco Hanger Lane, makes my shopping experience truly easy and efficient. He's quick, builds great relationships with customers and goes above any beyond looking out for them.

Customer service team were extremely helpful finding what I needed and looked after me from stat to finish.
Well done chaps
