Commande passée depuis le 19 mars 2024 numéro : 34078179. Aucune nouvelle 1 mois et demi après des mails envoyés aucune réponse.Je pense que c'est une arnaque.

J'ai passé commande le 18 avril 2024 et depuis ma commande elle est sur l'étape d'emballage je ne comprends pas pourquoi ça avance pas impossible de les joindre ni par téléphone ni par mail c'est insupportable on commande on paye mais on a pas de suivi derrière le service après-vente n'existe pas franchement c'est la dernière fois que je vais commander chez eux

Bough dresses, headscarves and sportwear total cost over £50. It’s been 10 days since my order they didn’t yet ship my parcel and don’t reply on emails and enquiries. Scammers. And they won’t do refund even though they haven’t shipped my order

I ordered a dress 10 days ago, and never received. Please give me back my money.

I placed an order with Sefa Merve on March 17, 2024. It has been shipped but as of March 20 there is no update on the shipper's website? It says is still waiting to be scanned by the US post office and it has not left Turkey. This does not take 5 days!! Where is my order? It is the first time I have ever had issues with this company. This is unacceptable and I see many people have the same problem.

Sefa Merve'ye 17 Mart 2024 tarihinde sipariş verdim. Kargoya verildi fakat 20 Mart itibariyle kargocunun internet sitesinde herhangi bir güncelleme yok? Halen ABD postanesi tarafından taranmayı beklediğini ve Türkiye'den ayrılmadığını söylüyor. Bu 5 gün sürmez!! Siparişim nerede????????????????????????????? İlk defa bu firmayla sorun yaşadım. Bu kabul edilemez ve birçok insanın aynı sorunu yaşadığını görüyorum.

Ich habe am 8.3 bestellt. Und es gibt noch immer keine Leiferbestätigung oder sonstiges. Werde nie wieder bestellen!

I made a $175 purchase back in October 7th, 2023. It is March 15, 2024 now and I have contacted them multiple times, but I have not been issued a refund. I canceled my order merely 10 minutes after putting it in because the details they sent in the confirmation email were wrong. Hence, I don't even have the items I bought. They made an excuse about having issues with the bank but after 5 months, what they're doing is outright stealing from their customers.

7 Ekim de 175 dolarlik bir siparisde bulundum. Su an 15 Mart ve odememi hala iade etmediler. Onlaylamak icin gonderdikleri email daki bilgiler yanlis oldugundan siparisi verdikten sadece 10 dakka sonra iptal ettim. Kac kere onlara ulastim ama banka ile problem yasadiklarini ilettiler. Asil yaptiklari hirsizlik.

Ne commandez pas, vous recevrez jamais votre colis.

J'ai passé commande le 3 février (commande n°34002537), ça fait 20 jours que mes articles sont en préparation, mon colis n'a toujours pas été envoyé. J'ai envoyé un mail il y a 1 semaine mais personne ne m'a répondu. On ne peut pas les joindre par WhatsApp parce qu'ils n'en ont pas !
J'ai souhaité annulé ma commande vu qu'elle n'a toujours pas été envoyé mais cela n'a pas été possible. Je souhaiterais être remboursée.
Je suis totalement déçue et ne passera plus jamais commande sur ce site !

I ordered from them. One tracksuit was missing. I contact with them ,they didnt refund and nore send the item just put everything on shipping company. And said its not their fault. Shipment did that.
I always do shopping online from alot of countries UK, USA, and all other platform. Any time any item was misding or damaged. The seller straight way refund me or they send me the missing item. The seller contact the shippment company and they didnt ask me to sortout myself with shipment.Never happen that any company reacted like sefamerve .
I strogley recommened dont buy from them. Anything will be misding or damaged you will loose the money. There is no help.
So its better pay littlebit more but from trusted seller.

Nul mais nul , prennent les gens pour des pigeons , des escrocs , mais quel bande de voleurs , une honte a ce site qui rembourse pas , mon colis a était perdu des mois , aucun remboursement , aucune explication , employé perdu qui n en savent rien sur rien , à fuir , une des pires expériences ....

I have placed my order since the 5.01.2024 and I am still waiting. On the order page its says that my order has been packed but nothing else. I want to know when I will receive it.
