Sefamerve Arvostelua 801

Ich rate aus folgenden Gründen davon ab:
- Wenn man die Ware zurücksenden möchte, muss man es aus eigener Tasche bezahlen. Außerdem ist dies besonders teuer, da man die Ware an ein Lager in den Niederlanden senden muss.
- Ich habe vor fast 5 Monaten ein Kleid bestellt und per Kreditkarte bezahlt. Ich habe die Ware leider immer noch nicht bekommen. Wenige Tage nach der Bestellung bekam ich eine Mail mit Trackingnummer. Demnach war die Ware wochenlang unterwegs. Als ich mich beim Kundenservice beschwert habe, kam die Ausrede "Problem im System des Frachtunternehmens".
Irgendwann haben die wohl gemerkt, dass das mit der Sendung nicht funktioniert und haben ein zweites Paket mit der Ware geschickt. Auch hier das gleiche Spiel. Die Ware ist seit über drei Monaten unterwegs. Wenn ich über die Trackingnummer beim Frachtunternehmen nach dem Status frage, sagen die mir, dass der Absender eine Nachforschung einleiten muss. Sefamerve bittet um Geduld. Langsam habe ich keine Hoffnung mehr, die Bestellung zu bekommen. Mein Geld erhalte ich leider auch nicht zurück. Da der Sitz des Unternehmens nicht in Deutschland ist, habe ich auch kaum Möglichkeiten, gegen Sefamerve vorzugehen.
Ich möchte nicht, dass auch andere den Fehler machen, hier etwas zu bestellen. Daher bitte nicht auf diese Seite reinfallen. Das war meine schlechteste Erfahrung mit Onlineshops.

Iemand die weet hoe ik in contact kom met deze oplichters? 25 juli besteld god mag weten waar mijn pakketje is!!!

Im Juli 24 habe ich bestellt. Bestellungsnummer: 34247376
Nach zwei Wochen email bekommen,dass es noch nicht verschickt wurde. Deswegen habe ich es storniert. Aber bis jetzt keine Rückmeldung oder Rückerstattung bekommen. Es ist echt schade!
Und nun wenn ich hier alle Rezensionen lese, bin ich noch enttäuscht!!! Bitte zahlen Sie mein Geld zurück!!!

its been almost 3months of waiting for my refund. and still no refund from this company. I am planning to go to my local bank to claim issue of order not received from the said supplier. I hope my local bank can still retrieve my money from them since I paid via credit card. my only worry is its past 3months since I ordered.

Ware bestellt, kam nie an. (Möchte es jetzt Geschenk nicht mal haben.) Ich warte immer noch auf eine Rückbuchung von meinem Geld.
Ich wurde mehrmals vertröstet und hingehalten. Dieses zieht sich nun seit Mai 2024...bis heute ist der 18. August. Zusätzlich würde ich eigentlich gerne noch Schadensersatz verlangen, weil es mir so auf die Nerven geht und meine wertvolle Zeit in Anspruch nimmt. Das kann doch nicht so schwer sein Geld zurück zu buchen, wo nieeeee Ware angekommen ist!!!

They are scammers. Please do not order from them. They don’t answer or reply to emails. I paid 300 dirhams and I have no answer from them. They are thieves please guys don’t shop from them. I used to order from them for years

I am deeply disappointed with the service I have received from Sefamerve recently. While I had been a satisfied customer in the past, especially with my orders last year, my latest experience has been incredibly frustrating.
It has now been over two months since I placed my order, and I still have not received the items or the refund after I requested to cancel the order. Every time I reach out to customer service, I am told that the issue will be escalated to the relevant department, but nothing has been done. It’s been the same unfulfilled promises with no resolution in sight.
After this experience, I’ll be looking for other sellers who can deliver on their promises and provide the level of service I value.

Update: after writing several emails (almost on a daily basis), they finally refunded my payment! so never give up if you are experiencing same issue!

Am 20 Juni bestellt und die Bestellung ist gar nicht angekommen! Daraufhin habe ich am 29. Juni sie per e-mail kontaktiert und erhielt als Antwort, dass sie demnächst versendet wird und ich informiert werde. Bis 13 Juli 2024 haben sie nicht die Ware verschickt und ich erhielt keine Information darüber! Nach mehrmaligen e-mails ebtschuldigten sie sich und haben mir die Stornierung der Bestellung angeboten und ich willigte ein und wollte Rückerstattung, die sie auch machen wollten, aber bis 08. August 2024 nicht gemacht haben! Am 13 Juli ein Fall geöffnet bei Paypal musste ca 20 Tage warten und dem Verkäufer Zeit lassen, um den Fall zu lösen, aber vergeblich, die Rückerstattung fand nicht statt! Am 02. Aug 2024 Käuferschutz bei Paypal eingeschaltet und zu gunsten von mir wurde das Geld am 09. Aug 2024 zurückerstattet! "Wenn sie mit Paypal oder Klarna bezahlt haben, bitte öffnen sie ein Fall und evtl schalten sie Käuferschutz ein, so kriegen sie ihr Geld wieder zurück! "Safamerve hat mich als Kundin für immer verloren!

this website is a total scam. Don't even think about buying from them. They'll try to trick you by sending you a fake tracking number and claiming your order was shipped, but it's all a lie. I waited for three months, and nothing ever came. I had to open a case on PayPal to get my money back. If I hadn't paid through PayPal, I would've been out of luck. Stay away from this website specially if you live in Europe!

Used to order from Sefamerve without a problem but last order was never shipped. I could never get a straight answer from customer service as to why a simple order was taking so long to ship. After waiting about a month and seeing that they simply were not handing over my order to UPS, I attempted to cancel the order through the Sefamerve app with no success. They only started paying attention to me when I had my credit card company reverse the transaction. At that point, they offered to cancel the order and give me a refund but I told them that my bank had already handled it. I’m very disappointed because I’d had a good experience with this company in the past.

Malheuresement je suis obligée de donner une étoile.. Une HORREUR!!! J'ai commandé au mois de mars et on est en août vraiment la honte je n'ai jamais vu ça!
J'ai eu du mal à les contacter et une fois qu'ils m'ont enfin répondu je leur ai demandé sous combien de jours la livraison sera assurée, ils me répondent 10/20j, j'ai donc accepté de poursuivre la livraison (malgré que j'attendais déjà depuis plusieurs semaines) puisque je n'avais plus rien à perdre l'évènement pour laquelle j'avais acheté la robe était déjà passé depuis !
Comme j'ai accepté de poursuivre, ils ne m'ont pas accordé le remboursement (logique) mais ne faites pas la même erreur que moi!! Vraiment demandez le remboursement car autrement la commande ne sera jamais livrée + le montant sera débité.

Je suis la livraison via la plateforme DHL, il est indiqué qu'ils attendent les informations de livraison par Sefamerve mais ce dernier m'assure que la commande est aux Pays-Bas.. Bref un cauchemar, ils ne répondent pas, il faut toujours les harceler, la commande ne sera jamais livrée et ils mentent..

I've been Sefamerve's loyal customer for so many years but not gonna buy anything ever again! They literally tried to STEAL my money... I made an order 26th of April and didn't get any shipping info. I contacted them twice in May and they kept saying shipping office has a problem so they can't do anything with it. Later in June they LIED that they had shipped the order but when I contacted UPS, they told me Sefamerve has not given them proper info to make a shipping and that I needed to contact Sefamerve for that. After many many emails, I finally managed to cancel my order and asked for a full refund in June. Guess what, they LIED AGAIN about the refund and never gave the money. I contacted them via Paypal in July and still nothing came to my bank account. Finally I took the case to Paypal itself and Paypal managed to get the refund in August. I literally gave a fight for 3 months!

Nisan 2024 den itibaren ürün gelmedi ve geri ödeme yapılmadı. €21,23 euro yu oyalayıp geri vermiyorlar. Kaç aydir bekliyorum. Bu gercekten tolere edilecek birsey degil.
Kesinlikle Sefamerve'den alışveris yapmiyacagim Telefonlara çıkmıyorlar.
Çok skandal bir şey!

As of April 2024, the product was not delivered and no refund was given. They delay the €21.23 euro and don't give it back. How many months have I been waiting? This is truly not something to be tolerated.
I will not shop from Sefamerve anymore. They do not answer the phone.
It's such a scandal!

Kabul Edilemez Hizmet ve Gecikme

Siparişim tam 4 aydır elime ulaşmadı ve bu durum artık tolere edilemez bir hale geldi. Defalarca iletişime geçmeme ve sipariş numaram ile telefon numaram iletmeme rağmen hala bir çözüm sunulmadı. Müşteri hizmetleri, beni sürekli oyalayarak somut bir adım atmadı.

Bu kadar uzun süren gecikme ve çözümsüzlük kesinlikle kabul edilemez. Siparişimin derhal iptal edilmesini ve ödediğim tutarın hemen iade edilmesini talep ediyorum. Daha dikkatli incelemelerini ve bu sorunu bir an önce çözmelerini bekliyorum.

Acil çözüm bekliyorum. Bu kadar kötü bir deneyim yaşadığım için bir daha bu firmayı tercih etmeyeceğim.

Am 06.05. bestellt. Wir haben heute den 31.07 und meine Bestellung ist immer noch nicht angekommen. Auf meine Nachricht wird erst gar nicht reagiert

J'ai commandé le 24/06. Dans la commande, ils indiquaient une livraison sous 8-10 jours. donc, entre le 5-10 juillet. Je n'ai toujours rien, Il n'y a aucune information sur la livraison. Ils ne répondent pas aux mails. On ne peut pas demander un remboursement non plus. Ce sont des arnaqueurs.

Ich würde 0 Sterne geben wenn es ginge und hätte vor der Bestellung nach Erfahrungen mit diesem Unternehmen googlen sollen. Seit über einem Monat warte ich auf das Paket. In der Bestätigungsemail waren weniger Artikel aufgelistet als ich bezahlt habe. Man erreicht weder per Email noch telefonisch jemanden. Katastrophe!! Finger weg von diesem Laden.
