SecureFix Direct Ltd Arvostelua

I am so impressed with the service that I received.

Initially I was disappointed because the item I received was incorrect. I contacted them via email on Sunday afternoon and they responded within 30 minutes. They arranged dispatch of the correct item on Monday via DPD and I received it Tuesday by 9:30.

Jason was very friendly and helpful, and to respond on a Sunday afternoon was totally unexpected.

Excellent Service AAAAA+

Brilliant support and customer facing company. The product is well made, delivery was fast and the way they deal with the end user (me), was very helpful. They did there very best to resolve an issue. If I could give them 6 stars I would. And no I have no links with the company. They just need praise when a job is done well. Thank you.

This company has the right attitude just get it done no messing or blaming covid for everything ery fast problem solving guys this is the attitude we need to beat covid and get the job done simply put they see how to make customers happy a rare gift sadly these days 6 star company👍

I had a problem with an item bought through eBay. Jason replied immediately to my eBay message requesting a photo of the problem. As soon he received the photo he arranged next day delivery of a replacement by DPD. Amazing service.

If i could give 10 stars, i would!! Great service, fast and efficient. Excellent communication by staff. Thanks Jason!!
Prices are really good, and they happily delivered to the isle of man.. i would use them again in a heartbeat!!!

After a multitude of problems getting the pump delivered Secure fix went out of their way to resolve my clients problems. Despite the pump being a day late this was the fault of the carrier and not the Securefix. Thank you

Great company, with 5 star after sales service as well. Highly recommended.

Brilliant service had scratches on item and they sent out a new one next day,

I had a problem with delivery due to the Royal Mail delay which finally delivered the item after a very long time. I thought item was lost and informed SecureFix Direct about it. Seller sent a replacement item. Very reliable seller and great and friendly customer service. Highly recommended.

I have had two orders fulfilled by securefix, the first for a winch which was priced well and was delivered very quickly. The second order was for some bow shackles I needed for a specific job which was cancelled at the last minute. I emailed SecureFix to see if I could cancel the order and the person dealing with my request, Jason, could not have been more helpful and sorted out a refund almost immediately, despite the order being on route. Excellent customer service.

I bought a boat hook from secureFix when it arrived it was that bent even the postman asked if it was meant to be that shape. I let them know Just so they could change courier or make amendments to packaging. Jason offered me a refund or replacement straight away even though it was not their fault. I would certainly use and recommend this company to any of my family and friends 1st class👍👍
