Secure Hotel-booking Arvostelua 

Use the hotel website it’s half the price. They don’t respond to you when you try to reach out to them. Total ripoff

BEWARE OF THIS WEBSITE PROTRAYING TO BE A HOTEL THAT YOU'RE TRYING TO BOOK WHEN IN REALITY IT IS NOT! THEY PRETEND TO BE THE HOTEL WHEN YOU CALL AND WHEN YOU REALIZE YOU WERE SCAMMED AND TRY TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK THEY JUST PUT YOU FROM CALL TO CALL AND ACT LIKE THEY WILL SEND YOU A EMAIL BUT THEY NEVER DO!!!!! DO NOT FALL FOR THIS WEBSITE!!

Scam, Google shows this adv but it's a scam site. It propose a page very similar to the hotel page but it's all fake.

Hôtel Capo Rosso à Piana corse ... signalé à 4 étoiles . une honte . un motel avec vue sur golf... clim défaillante (odeur et bruit) pas de vmc . aucune prestation . Tout à 20 ans . c'est minable d'avoir été dupé . Remboursement !!!

J'ai contacté le service client via le n°118018 our avoir des infos, prix de l'appel 0.80€ la minute . Un robot dit qu'on va me répondre rapidement, puis on me dit que je suis en position 2 dans la file d'attente. Après beaucoup de temps une personne me demande l'objet de mon appel & m'indique qu'elle transmet ma demande à un conseiller, & me voila encore en attente. Après 8€ de communication j'ai raccroché sans la moindre information. Je souhaite mettre en garde sur service.

scam, I got a call from hotekl that rooms are not available

ok i just like to say that i did not like the room that i booked for

reasons being

1/i requested a bath and i did not receive and information from you or the hotel saying
they have no bath, as i am a cancer patient i cannot stand in a shower(unless it has a seat etc)
2/the television was not working and the manager informed that because of the satalitte you loose
the picture
3/no radio was in the room
4/shaving light above mirror was not working
5/the room was freezing cold and we had to ask the manager to turn on the heating

in overall the room was tiny and we had little room to move around the bed
the rooms are not fit for handicap persons and should be informed as such

i asked the manager to refund my money which he did not,.i could not stay there so i just went home
which basically spoilt my stay in bath

further when i arrived at the hotel a very large tanker was blocking the whole of the car park and i could
not get into the car park which restricted me in many ways

i lodge this formal complaint to you and the manager of this hotel

regards a shaffer
