This is a terrible company and I don't encourage anyone to buy products from them. Products take so long and they don't care however much you contact them. The products are of poor quality too.

NEVER, NEVER ORDER FROM INSTAGRAM ADS, BEEN BURNT TWICE. IF PRICE LOOKS GREAT, RUN THE OTHER WAY. INSTAGRAM SHOULD BE SUED FOR NOT VETTING THESE CROOKS! ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS AD REVENUE.

This is a horrible company. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. ORDERED A L COAT, GOT A SMALL ONE AND HAVE SEMT PICS AND 5 OR 6 EMAILS. NO RESOLUTIOM, THEY WONT SEND THE CORRECT SIZE AS THEY WANT ME TO BUY ANOTHER ONE

Like almost everyone has previously stated, the order (mens sweater) arrived after 5 weeks, and was FAR too small. I normally wear M so I ordered L. Still the sleeves didn't reach to my wrist.
But what no one else has mentioned is that the zipper pull is ON THE WRONG SIDE (wearer's left!).
I believe that these were designed as a women's sweater and is being sold as a men's. That would also explain the sizing issues.

Very terrible service. The delivery time takes too long over a month. Then they will not get your shoe size correct. You will complain and ask for a refund but they will only offer you 10% of the refund. That means you bought a shoe that doesn't fit you at your loss. The products look good online but they are of low quality when you see them physically.

This CHINESE company is a scam as others have attested to here. The zip sweater I received was very small for a men's Large. When asked to exchange for bigger size, they want me to order again because it was 'very expensive to send it back." I was ticked that I ordered from yet another Chinese scammer. You do need to research who you are ordering from!

I was very disappointed with this purchase. It took four weeks for delivery. I ordered a Large size, and received a Medium (although it was marked Large.) The stitching near the base of the zipper is loose. And then when I tried to email them about the refund process, they have not responded; it has been 5 days. Their refund policy indicates that they cannot guarantee that the package will be received, and they will only provide a partial refund, if at all. The refund policy requires original packaging, which in this case is only the mailing envelope with the mailing label. My mistake: I did not read the return policy or the reviews before I ordered. Expensive mistake!

Save your money and disappointment. Don’t waste your money here. Shipping takes forever (7 weeks) and sweater didn’t fit. Same problem as all other reviewers. I’ll just donate it to charity. Hopefully some needy soul can use it.

Ordered a Mens XXL zip-up sweater. When it finally arrived (almost 3 weeks later), it didn't fit. Similar to how others described this same problem, it 'wouldn't fit a four year-old child.' So I contacted them by email to see how to return it for a credit. The bottomline is they don't accept mis-sized products for return and credit. They wanted me to pay them more for another sweater to be sent! I never even entered a conversation about shipping costs, but this was mentioned as being "significant." So why would I trust them to send me another XXL sweater (at my expense) for "a little more" money? No way. I donated the sweater to Goodwill, hoping some child would appreciate a new sweater for Xmas. DON'T BUY A THING FROM THIS COMPANY. They have a terrible reputation from what I discovered too late. Now I know. Now YOU know!

I received a XXL sweater for a 6 foot tall man.
It does not fit a 4 foot tall child.

My experience is that I truly believe this company is a total SCAM. I can provide their "tracking" of my item which later went "DEAD". then when i contacted them I was told to wait and then later asked to pay more $$. This is typical of Internet SCAMs. Please Do not order any item form this website. One trick I believe they use is to tell you to wait and wait, I guess so you will forget or after 90 days can not go to you credit card to get credit back. Very bad experience.

I order pair of shoes size 12 they scent me size 11x1 told me if I send $3400 Dollar they send me size 12 or send the shoes back to China the address is in Chinese don't order from the company.

Yokest, Sealucy, Kaaum and Lazajoy are all operated by Danjunn Ecommerce Ltd. It's a Chinese company with horrible business practices that sells poor quality knock-offs. Shipping takes weeks and when the wrong size or poor quality product arrives, they might offer you a small refund or discount on your next order that will be a fraction of what you spent originally. I will avoid any online Chinese retailers now, based on my experience and the reviews I've read about these companies. Please research company reviews before making online purchases!
