Really rated this company on the basis of previous purchases.
Bought a T-shirt but had to return it. Did so immediately to the address given. Heard nothing, no refund. Sent an e-mail to enquire to which they responded to say this would be looked into, three weeks later and still nothing.
It feels as though they have stolen my money. I am always keen to support smaller businesses but experiences like this don’t help.
Bought the Brehme and Socrates t-shirts and both fit great and good quality t-shirts. I made a mistake with the original order and had an email saying the order was cancelled. I emailed and Gareth responded swiftly and said everything was in order. Very happy customer.
Loved the quality of the clothing from 86. Very reasonable prices and delivery was quick. Keep up the good work guys.

I had a really positive experience with The 86. I ordered a couple of T-shirts for my hubby for his birthday. He loved them, but they didn’t quite fit. It was more than the required 30 days, but they still let me swap them for a bigger size. Would recommend.

Absolute scammers, ordered medium jumper but sizes are much smaller so asked to exchange. Even though it was a couple of days over the 30 day return period they said no problem. Sent it back, then nothing. No reply to emails, messaged on instagram, they said will sort, then nothing. They have basically just STOLEN £45 of my money. Do not buy from them unless you want to be scammed
My wife got me the El Diego’s sweatshirts for a birthday gift. The quality of these tops are absolute garbage, the materials thin and cheap and the finishing is substandard. We requested a returns label due to the one being so bad it couldn’t be worn. Gareth wanted photos and an explanation which we gave him, he told us to keep the El Diez and he would refund us.
That’s when communication ended, we had to open a case with PayPal to get the money back. We thankfully had an email saying he would refund us which PayPal had and we got the refund after a month of messing around.
The garments are terrible quality and the customer service is absolutely awful.
Sent back a t-shirt that was too small. I'm still waiting for a refund. I have messaged the company 3 or 4 times, but I never get a response. Good products but the customer service let's the company down
