I ordered mine & received it in about a week & a half. It definitely snatched. Too early to give results bc this is day 1.

I ordered mine a week ago and received it promptly. I just started using it. My results are pending at this time. But after getting it on I do look snatched lol. I got the hourglass waist trainer.

I placed an order & never received it. This company didn’t even send me an email updating me that “due to the current surge in order volume, your order processing time may be slightly longer than usual.” I had to email them to check the status. I requested a refund & was told “ please be aware there is a $6 processing fee for cancellations” This company takes your money, & doesn’t send out the merchandise timely, & charges you to be REFUND!

I ordered a waist trainer they sent me a fake email saying that they shipped it and it was delivered and customer received it in hand but never did. They are stealing people money with no intentions of giving them any product, people are so sad to do hard working customers like this don't buy from these scammers at all

I really wish I could give NO STAR! I placed my order on April 9th. In April 18th my order “allegedly” was shipped. On April 26, I sent them an email inquiring about my order. I received a response TODAY stating that “ You package is unavailable due to an incorrect address”. I then checked the address on file and everything is correct, I’ve been living here for 4 years! They then asked me for additional money for re-shipping. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK! They are horrible.

Haven’t received mines and they put them fake ass reviews up on instagram all 5 stars smh come here to see what’s really going on I emailed them three times I didn’t get a response and you can’t call or nothing hopefully if I did get scammed I’m just glad it was 24$ promotion im so tired of scammers in this world man I just want my waist trainer

I was told that I would receive a refund in 5-7 days and now they are ignoring my emails!

I’m reading these reviews thinking who did y’all order from. I ordered two and got them, and,,,,in a timely fashion. I ordered the green one first, I liked it, so I then ordered a brown one. They both look like the picture.

Still no package received, called the number and received no response, 50 dollars scammed from me.

I ordered mine on 10/4/24 no tracking number received, however I emailed them and got a response quite quickly with confirmation and tracking number and it arrived on 22/4/24 have to say if I read the reviews before ordering I wouldn’t have but fortunately everything went through smoothly and my waist trainer appears to be of good quality

This is a scam! Placed an order waited 15 days to get a message they are returning it due to wrong address. Address was correct, post office said they never received it. Emailed them and they have the nerve to tell me I need to pay them to send my item back to them. Definitely scamming. When has a return to sender ever payed a company to ship it back to them?? If that’s the case I would have paid for them to send it to me again since they have the ability to dictate where and when it goes back to them. If it’s just sitting there waiting for me to send u money, then correct whatever mistake u made and send it to me. F-ing low lifes!

Worse company to deal with, I placed an order 15 days ago and still it's been "awaiting shipment" the status has not changed. Reaching out to customer service will do nothing more than just upset you even more. Please be cautious of this place. I have not received my package even though I've been getting the response its in transit. At this point I much rather order off Amazon. They refuse to refund my money even though I stressed at least 3x its been too long for me awaiting the package with the same status "awaiting shipment". At this point they need to keep it.

They don’t respond appropriately. They sent an item I asked for them to cancel and now they want me to pay to send it back. I don’t trust this overseas company.

This is my favorite waist trainer, I lost 20 lbs and I am about to purchase a smaller size

I ordered from them on Oct 7, 2023. I immediately realized “I erred.” The choice and size I wanted didn’t take. Within moments I emailed the company, to cancel the order. I sent several messages or the next few days. I finally received a message saying I couldn’t cancel, as the product had already shipped (It hadn’t)! Once I receive the item, if theirs is a problem, contact the company. Which I did on 10/18. I didn’t even open the package. I reached out to the company via email. To this very moment, I’ve not heard back from the company. Their policy doesn’t allow for returns or refunds, hence attempting to cancel, the same day.
Since October18, I’ve received following automated responses “Your request (39640) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff.

I ordered back in August just receiving the waist trainer in September . It looks nothing like the picture. Don't waist your money

I ordered 2 shape wear items from them none of them did what they were supposed to do for me I emailed them and they said they don't give refunds or exchange the size im out of money now and I have 2 items I can't use

I placed an order towards Hourglass Bodysuit
$59.99 on 4/7/2023. The item took 15 days to receive. I ordered a medium and the quality was horrible. It was made of cheap material. The item was huge and was poorly manufactured. It did not look nothing like the item on the site. I immediately sent an email (They do not have a customer service number). They stated they do not process refunds. I was offered an exchange then was told they do not accept used item. How can I use the item if it doesn't fit. It's huge. Long story short. I spent $65 on something I can not use. The company refuses to refund my money or process an exchange. Then they have the gulls to ask me if I want to purchase another item at a discount. Are you kidding me? Do yourself a favor and do not waste your time dealing with this company. They are scammers. I reported them to the BBB.
