I ordered on August 20thand today is Sept 1 & it's still saying preparing order smh. I have 2 lawyers in my immediate family and I'm really thinking about suing their ass for my money being I reached out to customer service twice and got no response. Unexceptable

The Order never arrived I ordered August 11, 2026 and it’s August 31, 2026, still no sign of the two outfits I ordered. I sent an email yesterday, no response I will file a dispute with my bank if this isn’t resolved immediately I ordered this for my birthday it’s next week and still no signs of these two outfits. I hate companies who don’t intent to send people their stuff.

I purchased an outfit on August 5,2026!!! They still haven’t sent me a confirmation email or anything. I can’t get in touch with anyone. It’s now August 14,2026. Just awful not a good way to conduct business . But they did take my $50 payment..

I wish I would have read these reviews before purchasing. I purchased a dress from them on July 11. It’s now July 21 and I haven’t received any information on my item. No email, no tracking number, no nothing. I emailed them today about it, so we’ll see what happens in the next 48hrs. Their return info says no returns after 30 days of order, but what happens if you do get the item in a reasonable amount of time?! I will update my review in 48hrs.

UPDATE: 7/26/26
After I emailed them about my order, they responded the next day and informed me that the item was out of stock. I asked for a refund and I received the refund yesterday which was 7/25/26. They were very responsive and issued the refund right away.

I am beyond disappointed with this purchase. I ordered the largest size available because I wanted to make sure it would fit, especially if it ran small. What I received is nowhere close to the size I ordered. The bra is so tiny that my 12-year-old can’t even fit into it, yet it’s labeled as an adult size.

To make matters worse, the quality is terrible. For a $40 bra, I expected something supportive and well-made. Instead, it feels like a cheap piece of plastic and looks nothing like the quality shown in the advertisements.

I have already emailed customer service requesting a refund because this product is not wearable and does not match my expectations based on how it was marketed. I’m hoping they make this right, but as of now, I would not recommend purchasing this bra. Save your money and shop elsewhere. I feel like this website is a scam do not order from here .

I ordered a large got a small. And was not able to get a live customer service rep for return or exchange. Horrible business. It's to hard out here to scam people out of $55.00. Worst experience ever. DO NOT BUY UNLESS YOU KNOW YOU WANT THIS ITEM.

I will say as an honest review, I will say order your size and not what's recommended by the advertised reviews from others. If you order the wrong size you will pay $19 more for the correct one and keep the one that doesn't fit you.

Also, it's not as comfortable as many make you believe. Its very painful, has my back fat shifted upwards and I felt like a linebacker from the back. This trainer didn't cinge my waste. Its hard to wear for long periods of time. It hurts under my breasts. I would say it's a NO.

This company is trash they are scamming people out of money i ordered over a month ago spent almost $150 and have NOTHING to show for it they won't respond to my emails and after doing more research im not the only one who ordered and got NOTHING there are also reviews on the BBB website being for help to get their money back... this is the worst experience of my life!!! I filled a dispite with my bank and i hope yall read these because the people posting videos with products they actually got probably only got them so they can help the company scam countless others out of 100's of dollars... my advice to you DON'T DO IT!!!

I was supposed to receive my waist trainer today and it was marked as delivered by I never received my package 📦, so what are they doing having packages marked and they never delivered them, I want my product or a refund of the full amount, worst place I've encountered.

Bought my waist trainer not even 3 weeks and unraveling tried to email.no response called no response im so disappointed

Placed an order over a 100 order never received they don’t have an operating number or email that actual people answer and help order was placed 22 days ago… I’m reporting to the BBB. There’s no way they are stealing people money .. keep your money and buy from someone else these people are terrible

Well i have brought shape wear from them in the past with no problems this time I didn’t receive my shape wear but they were kind enough to replace it i love there shape wear thank you sculpt touch

I am really disappointed the bottle came wet…the price for that little bottle is ridiculous I will never order from here again they are horrible…

I order a bra that was "BOGO" free. But by the time I paid shipping and shipping protection, I could have bought a better bra at a store closer to home. Anyway, what I received was not the right size or color that was on the order slip. I email them immediately (because there is no other way to get a hold of them) and asked for a full refund.
Instead, I got an email explaining how I was wrong and the order was right, even though the invoice said the same thing as me. So I quickly responded with an email EXACTLY AS THEY REQUESTED, with a copy of the invoice, and images of the bra. That was around the first of November that all of this took place and I'm still waiting for a return authorization and refund.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. The only reason that I'm not giving them a lower rating is because the app won't let me!

I’m surprised at all the negative comments. I must say that I didn’t have any problems with delivery, it came on time. I’ve only been wearing the waist trainer a few days now but I’ve been a waist trainer girlie for a long time now and this is the most comfortable waist trainer I have had yet! I love how it feels it doesn’t roll up! And it snatches the waist. I also like that I can workout in it and wear it under clothes. They also sent me two free gifts. The small waist trainer they sent for free is very cheap and doesn’t stay zipped up but it was free 🤷‍♀️ so I can’t complain too much. Overall so far I love this waist trainer. I definitely want to collaborate with sculpt touch.

And I was provided horrible customer service
I will never order from this company again. They are trash.

I have not received my order. $45 is alot to take from someone in this economy
I only purchased it because i do alot of public speaking and felt insecure . I just wanted something to make me look better in my clothes
