Don't Bother
I love my sweat core waist trainer from a previous order. However customer service from my most recent order was so horrible. You cannot return late items that you no longer need without paying for it as if it was your fault. I will not be ordering from them again.

Better option for purchasing
ALOT of the reviews are stating they never received their product… I HATE buying things off links on instagram or whatnot… It always takes forever or never comes… Therefore I went on amazon and ordered one… It was also cheaper for the same product… And if you order the wrong size the exchange process is waaay easy… The one I ordered was a little tight but not unbearable… Just got it yesterday so haven’t seen any results to say if the product works like it says it does… That is the reason for the 3 stars…

Will mess your back up tremendously. You will have back pain now I have them and I can barely walk at times after using this.
This is not a good waist trainer whatsoever. Every time I wear this weight trainer. I noticed that I’m in a lot of excruciating pain in my lower back area in my afternoon now I can barely walk at times after using this just left the ER now I’m on medication.

I ordered a Mother’s Day promotion at Scullt Touch on June 28. I have not received the package up to date. They sent the package to a wrong address and I informed them that it was the wrong address and gave them the correct one. I initially called the shipping company Gofo Express and they said they will resend my patio the correct address. I waited and didn’t receive anything. I sent emails to sculpt touch and I called Gofo and both have been unhelpful. I wish I used a reputable business which appreciates customers. Basically Sculpt touch stole $55.99 from me and they are not willing to pay me back. I DO NOT WANT THEIR PRODUCT ANYMORE! Sculpt touch you should be ashamed of yourself. I hope your business goes down and many people see through your lies 😡.

I give them no stars.. this company is a scam.. they need to be shut down completely.. they just take your money. I ordered my sculpt touch on June 19 2025... it is July 26 & still haven't received anything... the usps has a tracking no# but haven't received the item...& I work for the post office... it doesn't take this long...we work around the clock getting people their packages as fast as we can... they need to be investigated as soon as possible!!!

I purchased my waist trainer and it was too small. I reached out to customer service and they gave me instructions on how to exchange the item. I was notified by email and they even told me to keep the old waist trainer. I did not take long for them to send me my replacement. I am excited to see the transformation.

Never received product
I feel I was scammed. I made a purchase April 8th, The delivery company they use literally left the package outside of an apartment building. So yeah it was stolen. I asked for a refund and has been given the run around ever since. And no I haven't gotten my money back.

IT'S A SCAM, DON'T ORDER FROM THEM
I ordered April 29th and it has been 30 days and I still have not received my order. I have gotten several emails, 1st saying it was returned due to address. 2nd one saying that they would mail it out within 1-3 days...it's been 6 days. 3rd email asking if I want a reshipment or refund. I really think this company is not legit and it is a scam!

It’s a setup! Don’t do it
Anyone that gave a good review must’ve been paid. I have nothing good to say about this company. The ordering process was bs. It placed a so-called free item in my basket but it charged me full price for that item. When I tried to remove it, it placed another free item that costs money. I gave up after switching devices and just paid for it. They say 8-13 days delivery but it’s was 2 weeks before I even got a tracking number. 2 weeks later and I still don’t have the product. I reached out to customer service two weeks ago (they don’t have a phone number) and no one has emailed me back. I wish I could take my 1 star back but it doesn’t let me.

I give this company no stars. They delivered my package to the wrong house & refused to compensate me. Told me to contact the carrier which they know doesn’t answer their phone. The carrier took a picture of the house where he placed my package but I only received the picture days later after contacting this company but not in real time while I was waiting for my package. I’m so disappointed in how these people handled this business transaction it’s sad never had this issue anywhere else and the house it was delivered to claimed they never received my package now imagine that!!
