Screens by CORE Arvostelua

Great product great price with a choice of delivery day - thank you

It was a shame that my order got lost in your computer system but once you’d found it the screen turned up promptly and we love it. It’s very light which is good because I have to fix it on my neighbours fence, with her permission of course. I think if it been heavier she might have refused permission

The screen is lovely. I framed it at the back to use as part of a privacy screen. The price was the cheapest on the Internet. It was worth the price.

My only issue was the delivery and that's not the fault of Core. It was the fault of DHL. They were a day late and arrived after 18:00. There was no SMS or email to advise that they couldn't make the delivery on the advised date. The package was wet and soggy. However, Core had wrapped the screen in bubble wrap which protected it well. Overall, I would buy from Core again but just prepare myself for late delivery from DHL.

Very easy to place the order which was followed with an order confirmation and delivery date.

The screen was well packaged and delivered on time.

Had a small issue with delivery, hence only 4 stars, but the admin team were brilliant and the issue was resolved without fuss.

fast free delivery - great price!

Excellent service well packaged and looks great looking forward to putting them up

Customer service second to none!
I went with buying a screen from this company because of the customer service rave reviews but I didn't believe they could be actually as good as the reviews said. How wrong was I?!
I ordered a composite screen online but unfortunately there was a glitch in the system and there weren't actually any available. I received a phone call immediately and when I called back to discuss the options I was offered a similar screen - which would have been more expensive - for the same price. I was so happy not to have to start researching again.

When it came to putting the screen up I wasn't 100% sure exactly which fitting to use in my scenario. I called the company and received excellent help. The lady I spoke to took a panel off their office wall, took photographs of the fittings used and sent them to me. I then put my screen up very easily with confidence as to what I was doing.

Great screen. Good value for money. Speedy delivery. Looks great.

Easy viewing on line. Simply ordering service. Prompt delivery
