I decided to wait to do a review. I ordered the matte screen for my Acer SWIFT 3 SF314-42 SERIES and mounting adhesive. I ordered April 23, 2021 and got it on the 26th. Replacement was easy and simple. I also got the accidental warranty for 1 year. For a 4 month stretch I had bad luck. Broke 2 tablet screens, 1 phone screen, and sat on my acer lol. So far I'm happy with this. I'm also glad I went matte and not glossy. If we have any other issues I will definitely use screen country again.

The screen arrived on time and in perfect condition and the packing was excellent. Installation was easy and the screen works perfectly including the "multi-touch" functionality.

My screen was here about 3 days after I ordered it. it was well packaged and in sterling condition, and it was SO east to replace. Two different tech places here in houston told me that it wouldn't be worth it to replace the screen. that was BS. I honestly think anyone would be capable of replacing a screen. this was a 14" HP Chrome playbook. Thanks, screencountry.

The package arrived as scheduled. The specs were as I ordered on their website, which was relatively easy to navigate and pretty straightforward.

I am very pleased with the screen replacement for my Asus laptop computer. I watched a Youtube video showing exactly how to take the computer apart and replace my purple/blurry screen. Once I received the screen and installed, it, my computer is back to working like normal. I am excited to pay for a screen replacement over a completely new laptop.

got the wrong screen 30 pin. They sent a 40 pin. It was broken on arrival. They sent another one out. All done without question or hassles. Finally fixed my girlfriends laptop. Price was good, part was good, service was excellent. Highly recommend!!! Thank you!!!!

The screen was a perfect replacement. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars, is because there are no instructions on how to replace. That would have been perfect. As it was I was able to get it done by watching a few different videos (which were terrible).

I needed a new screen for a Dell laptop. I found ScreenCountry by searching in startpage.com. After having read some reviews on them, I decided to trust them.
Finding the right replacement screen on screencountry.com was easy; I typed in the model no. listed on the back of the old screen and found a match straight away.
Delivery to Denmark took four weekdays as advertised.
The new screen was well packaged.
I'm pleased with ScreenCountry and will shop there again.

EDIT: screen country's response is simply not true! I was not informed that a screen was shipped and lost. I spent a week asking them where my screen is, they claimed they're "checking with their UK representatives" and only 10 days later did they claim a screen was sent and lost. No tracking number for the original screen was ever provided. I don't think a screen was ever shipped. If they spent as much time and effort providing service as they do having to try to shoot down negative reviews, they might be better at what they do. Additionally, since I paid a lot of money for the shipping and didn't get a screen for 2 weeks, I requested a refund on the shipping charge, which seems more than reasonable to me, and this was refused.

Ordered screen, nothing happened. Took them a week to get back to me, claiming they didn't know what happened. 10 days after order finally shipped me a screen, a week after it was supposed to have arrived.
Refused to refund the shipping charge, but did have the gall to tell me I might be getting 2 screens as they don't know what happened originally and whether the screen shipped at all, and would I make sure to refuse the package so they would get their screen back!
Poor, poor service. Total lack of responsibility. Slow response. Avoid.

I am from Chile and we had an issue with the ASUS X571G screen . I purchased a screen replacement at ScreenCountry and it worked perfectly. The delivery was expedite and overall, very good service.

I took apart the laptop to get the part number off the back of the screen. Searched for the part and found it. Replacement screen was at my door the next day.

This review is going to debunk "All our LCDs are sold in brand-new condition, direct from the manufacturer. We also test the majority of LCDs at our facilities before they are shipped to customers." If it is a popular panel chances are you will be sold a used/returned panel. They recycle the returned goods without checking for integrity. Got a panel with bent PCBA (not a dent on UPS box, datasheet confirms straight) and wrong EDID. If you are reading this your natural proclivity to believe that you will get a 'brand-new direct from manufacturer' panel is just a belief. Then why not take a chance with aliexpress/ebay/amazon instead of paying premium.

Your self aggrandizement is pathetic. The very fact that your return policy is your selling point is another reason to believe this product did not come from factory configured with wrong EDID. Your move..

Append 2: new display from aliexpress.com is here. The PCBA was not bent this time rather flush with its adjoining screen. I suppose it is because the seller bubble-wrapped the heck out of it. The silver foil that covers the PCBA was much less crumpled than yours (which warranted concerned). The EDID is right. Aliexpress's display panel has all the attributes that I think of as collectively constituting a new from factory display panel.
