The screen came on time, and was perfect.The Youtube video for installation was right on. It took three times to install and disassemble, to get it to connect and work, for some reason, but the 3rd was a charm. Works like new. I saved $240.

Correct screen and quick shipping - good service as always!

Had to turn the notebook off, disconnect the screen, then reconnect and power back up before the system fully recognized the screen and applied the correct drivers. Only the usual Windows system stuff and no reflection on the part. Great screen and saved me allot over having to have purchased one in the Philippines a year ago when I first damaged the old screen. Had connected to a cheap TV monitor since then and was happy to have it operating back on it's own with your product. UPS first did not deliver the part and lied about making a delivery attempt, but was all too happy to correct that issue the second day. Just a heads-up on the idea all UPS drivers really care about their job. Some don't, just like anywhere else. No reflection on your company. Thanks again, looking forward to future business with you.

The screen was quickly delivered, it works. The protector was scratched a lot and there were some bubbles, but the screen itself was absolutely fine.

The screen fit exactly, which obviously was nice. it was a simple install with minimal tools required. Took me a couple of tries to get the connector to attach properly, but worked after the 3rd try. That was on me only.
If and when I need another replacement screen I will be dealing with ScreenCountry again.
