Scopely Arvostelua 

A warning about my experience with Scopely. I'm not seeking refund, compensation, or account reinstatement. I want others to know how this company has treated a customer.Paid items and broken gameplay: I purchased in-game items that were unusable and was refused compensation despite providing proof. I submitted videos showing raids that failed because of apparent glitches, though the game marked them completed. Scopely again refused compensation. I have documented repeated glitches in Go Battle League without receiving satisfactory resolutions. Ignored reports of stalking and harassment: I submitted videos and documentation regarding individuals in my neighborhood whom I believe were stalking/harassing me, as well as cheating in-game. Scopely told me it wouldn't respond. The same individuals later appeared to find me in a separate town. I reported that incident. Scopely again refused to help or consider suspending the accounts involved. To my knowledge, those accounts remain active.Account suspension after complaining: Scopely's automated support repeatedly failed to address my reports. After I continued complaining about its failure to respond to documented harassment, my own account was suspended. I was penalized after reporting problems, while the issues and accounts I reported remained unaddressed to my knowledge. I understand that allegations require review and that companies may not disclose enforcement decisions about other players. That doesn't excuse refusing to engage with documented complaints involving real-world safety concerns.Think carefully before spending time/money in Pokmon GO. My experience, Scopely's support has provided meaningless recourse. I have no confidence in the company's willingness to take responsibility for its product or take customer concerns seriously. I'm not asking Scopely to make this right anymore. I am sharing my experience so other consumers can make informed decisions.

Mein Pokémon-GO-Account wurde gehackt. Der Angreifer änderte unter anderem meinen Account-Namen und entfernte beziehungsweise veränderte Verknüpfungen, sodass ich keinen Zugriff mehr hatte.

Ich habe mich direkt an den Scopely-Support gewandt und alle Fragen nach bestem Gewissen ausführlich beantwortet. Zusätzlich habe ich mindestens 15 Screenshots von Kaufbelegen aus dem Webstore sowie weitere Nachweise eingereicht, die belegen sollten, dass der Account mir gehört. Ich habe viel Zeit und Geld in diesen Account investiert und sämtliche Informationen weitergegeben, an die ich mich noch erinnern konnte.

Trotzdem erhielt ich am Ende lediglich eine automatisierte Absage: Der Account könne nicht wiederhergestellt werden und es sei offenbar nicht ausreichend nachgewiesen, dass er mir gehört. Besonders enttäuschend ist, dass in einer Support-Mail sogar bestätigt wurde, dass der Account-Name nach meiner Meldung geändert worden war. Eine nachvollziehbare manuelle Prüfung oder ein Vergleich meiner Belege scheint dennoch nicht stattgefunden zu haben.

Der Account ist für mich nun verloren – trotz aller Beweise, Kaufbelege und ausführlichen Antworten. Ich kann daher nur davon abraten, viel Zeit oder Geld in einen solchen Spielaccount zu investieren. Besonders problematisch finde ich, dass man über verknüpfte Logins wie den Pokémon-Trainer-Club offenbar den Zugriff verlieren kann, ohne zuverlässig über Änderungen oder gelöschte Verknüpfungen informiert zu werden. Insgesamt eine extrem enttäuschende Erfahrung mit Scopely.

Just as bad as when it was called Niantic.
Same people, still ignoring pretty much everyone when it comes to big problems with Pokémon GO.
It’s been over 4 years since Trainers in my town OWN gyms because they live next to them. At this point, it’s clear the developers support unfairness, as nothing has been done about it. Any “Support” pages on any website is just them saying they messed something up and “fixed” it. Only a lucky few ever gets a response from them, which is likely automated. The developers are WAY too lazy to talk to people about the ongoing problems. Somehow, whenever a Pokémon has “increased” shiny odds, there’s like 70% of people saying they got absolutely nothing, even through PAID encounters. Also, whenever there’s a bug that benefits us, they are ALWAYS on it within an hour to “fix” it. But, when it’s a bug that impacts us negatively, they take their time about it.
The people behind the game are a disgrace, and I’m disgusted by their poor service. It gives Pokémon itself a bad name.

Just like a lot of players, I had hope that scopely would keep improving the game and the change of management would be a good thing. I like the game, I don't mind spending money on the game as my hobby. The problem is that you get less and less for the money you spend. Old game mechanics are being limited and then sold back as paid content. 'New' mechanics are buggy and have a lot of server issues. It all creates a feeling of being scammed.

Best example - if you want to play wild area, you have to buy a ticket without knowing the details of the event. Scopely just doesn't release all infos until the last moment. You have to buy plane tickets, make hotel reservations without knowing the content of the event that you do this for.
Nothing is transparent in this game. Any infos about the odds and chatch rates come from botting an cheating communities. That is just sad.

You have ruined the game I loved with your greed, lack of respect for the game that had grown over 10-years with Niantic and the amount of bugs you fail to resolve. In short GFY!

Tout ces jeux sont des pay to win. Je dirais même pay to play car si jamais vous vous arrêtez de payer les événements deviennent impossible et parfois même en payant il reste impossible. Leur seul but vous faire payer aussi bien sur monopoly que marvel a éviter de tout urgence. On est a la limite de l'arnaque.

Worthless support when there is a clear game bug

Garbage. I hate the makers of MG with a passion. Then amenities sure rigged. You can predict outcomes 99.9% of the time. Also, the craziest part, the MORE money you spend, the MORE the nerf your game and penalize you. You will literally get worse performance if you spend more money. Awful customer services today. I wanted to know the latest changelog for one of their mobile games. I also explained that their website hadn't been updated with release info since March 2025. The info is only on Discord, I do not have a discord account and wanted to get the info via email, and they refused with no explanation.

I will never touch a Scopely product again. Do yourself a favour and if they manage the game you play, uninstall it and never look back.
Many of their in-game 'offers' are 99.99 which is extortion for a weak mobile game and other 'offers' are very poorly worded and conditional that it just feels like a greedy scam to the consumer. Stay away.

Big difference from the previous Pokémon go experience. “Boosted” means 0,00000000,1% okey thanks.

I just wish they would sort out their scoring at the end of a game. Sometimes it works properly and awards the points from the losers tiles to the winner, other times it adds the losers tiles value to the loser. It's like 1 update has the correct code and then the next update brings back the wrong code. I've tried customer services but they were less than useless

I’ve been playing Monopoly Go for about 3 years now…2 accounts on 2 different devices. Haven’t played any different but had to switch devices for one of my accounts and suddenly a few days ago one of my accounts were suspended for violating terms of service, but when asked for specifics they couldn’t provide them due to privacy reasons yet they seem to know a lot more about my phone than I do. All they could tell me is that their system detected a suspicious app on my phone, but I’ll never know WHAT that is. So deleted that account and may delete my other one as well. Customer Support is a complete joke!!

Started playing last year before simpsons get permanent banned today without any explanation at all. No help whatsoever wouldn't recommend this game at all.

Credo di essere stato hackerato prima che mi rivolga alla postale risolvete gentilmente il problema su Monopoly go. Dopo essere stato bannato perché usavo emulatore peraltro da 3 anni senza problemi, mi e' stato detto di usare un apparecchio mobile, e così ho fatto, ma ora e' già due volte che non posso gareggiare in squadra perché mi appare la dicitura che ero stato sospeso, ma da due mesi che ho abbandonato l' emulatore, direi che si esagera, risolvete il problema prima che mi rivolga ad un avvocato. Grazie

Già Pokemon Go prima era pieno di bug!
Grazie a voi della SCOPELY è peggiorato in TUTTO(pieno di lag e difetti vari, aumentati i prezzi degli elementi pay ti play, o pay to win,....).
Bisogna essere dei veri geni per fare così schifo!
Da me non avrete un centesimo!
