Great company affordable mopeds. My son is over the moon with his new moped, quality product.

Great communication. I ordered a 50cc instead of 125cc, emailed them. They came back to me with 20min and changed order for me. Super fast delivery of a great scooter. Would recommend to anybody looking for a reasonably priced good quality moped.

Sorry i wrote a review on trustpilot regarding the time it takes to register but that is a DVLA challenge not Direct Bikes. The only thing I would love to see if the bikes would come registered then no one could compete on price :)

I agree with all the negative reviews, the positive ones seem very fishy to me.

No manuals were supplied to build the bike, needed much more building than I expected, scary.

The seat lock never worked, I was sent a mechanics phone number, over text he diagnosed that he couldn't fix it.

The USB port just disappeared into the fairing and once again the mechanic couldn't help, tried myself but it's too complicated to undo.

I was supplied with a digi Speedo, which wasn't the one I had purchased, but as it was an upgrade I was happy, it failed after a couple of days, 17 miles to be exact.

Although I wasn't using the bike, it was not road legal without a working Speed, Direct Bikes kept demanding that I take it for a service to validate the warranty.

After receiving a replacement Speedo and tacho cable from Direct Bikes I took it for a service. The mechanic said "What the hell is this, it's like Frankenstein's monster"?

Anyway, he quickly pointed out that the tacho cable I had been sent was in fact a rear brake cable.

Have had no communication since then.

P.S. the head lights are so weak that I seriously advise only using this bike in city conditions, frightening experience on country roads.

Do not buy from these guys, or if you do, recognise that you get what you pay for!!!!!!

I will never buy from these guys again or recommend them.

Direct Bikes have been emailing me asking if I will accept £100 to remove my review, I said no, they upped it to £200, they should've sorted out the issues initially and need these honest reviews to either warn potential customers or force Direct Bikes to improve their customer services!

The ignition barrell has now failed, it has almost disappeared into the faring and the key just spins in the barrell, now and again it will catch and turn the electrics on, steering lock failed! Buyer beware! I have no reason to lie!

Best moped! I was looking for a moped and they helped me right away. They know their stuff and replied quickly even out of hours.

Everything as described in the specs. I did my research and this is the best moped on the market. Quality moped solid build.

Brilliant scooter and company. My scooter arrived bang in time that they said it would. Smashing scooter, good price. After sales support is excellent.

Bought a panther moped, great customer service. Arrived quickly. Used for almost a year with no problem. Reliable and well built.

I've had my python moped now for some 6 months and used on a military camp daily. Having done over 5000 miles on it.

The finish for wet weather is fantastic with no signs of any rust at all. The moped has been fantastic.

I've had a lot of interest from my colleagues, so maybe you can offer a small discount for military in future.

Apart from that, can't fault. 5 stars.

I’ve drove my mates ninja 50cc and I must say it was smooth, ordered one on the 22nd of December and it said 2-3 business days. It’s the 27th and it’s not here yet so I’m a bit worried but the bikes are smashing

I purchased a 125CC cruiser brand new moped, which I started facing issues with from day one, the bike was damaged while it was packaged, the cables were torn, the wheel and tire were damaged and hand painted as their service provider advised, the bike started causing some vibrations in less than 200 miles, and the ignition panel was wrongly fitted, and the mirrors start to spin after moving off due to wind and can’t be tightened. I repeatedly contacted the customer support email, and raised many complaints, and was ignored, I requested from the support to provide me with the authorized service providers and after contacting the authorized service providers, most of them didn’t accept servicing bikes from direct bikes until finally found one that does. I claimed my consumer rights to have the bike repaired, replaced or refunded and yet I received no response.
Finally I received some kind of response asking to remove my review, or else they won’t send me a new mirror and totally ignored all the other complaints I’ve raised, and of course they didn’t take the responsibility and accused me of these defects. Not mentioning their aggressive tone in the emails, absolutely worse customer service. My review was removed and was advised that someone will be in contact with me, and yet I didn’t receive any communication.
Thank you direct bikes, I will buy myself new ones without the need for your excellent customer service!
A very bad experience and will never repeat it. And I definitely don’t recommend anyone to buy from direct bikes, because even if you purchase the extended warranty from them like I did, you will get nothing of their after sales support.

Took delivery of my moped on Tuesday. I am delighted with it. Looks exactly as on their website. Very happy.

The service I received and delivery was helpful and easy.

The scooter is very well put together and is amazing value for the price.

I can maintain a good speed up some pretty steep hills. The gear ratio is well chosen all the way up to 60mph. The USB is well placed for my nav.

I'm very pleased with the scooter:-)
