School Uniform Shop Arvostelua

Really disappointed, ordered trousers yesterday saying next day delivery, yet to receive them today. Why advertise next day delivery when you are unable to offer this. I've sent an email to you today but no reply. I would of drove from Wales today to collect them if I'd known the delivery wouldn't of been today. Just had an email from Luke to apologise for my late delivery and very kindly offered a discount on my next order. Thank you appreciate this.

Great customer service by the lady doing the embroidery, I have a physical disability & she gave me a call, I picked up the uniform directly from her and didn’t have to wait in the long ques, they worked alongside action for children for me to get my children’s uniforms funded due to bad family circumstances. Couldn’t have done it without the help I luckily managed to get, very thankful!

Lovely Blazer, my boys on the bigger side so it's a lovely fit. First one Royal Mail lost, they have done that with my parcel before. When I emailed the school shop to tell them, another one was sent out and recieved the next day. Great service. Thankyou.

Speedy delivery and quick exchange!
I ordered uniform for my son and had to exchange a couple of pairs of shorts and the process was simple and replacements were sent very quickly.
Already recommend to friends

Great service!! Really easy to order, the delivery was well communicated and product arrived in 2 days!! Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size but I returned easily, reordered and received refund in good time! Really pleased with the item and would recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent customer service. Fast delivery. Product as described and good quality. Will definitely order again

Great customer service, there was a stock delay outside from suppliers but I had timely communication to advise, and my order was supplied in good time. Lovely to have customer service from a person rather than an automated message as is so often the case. Thanks again

I had to return my order as I found the school cardigans to big, but the return form was straight forward asking if I wanted a refund or exchange. I chose exchange and ask for one size smaller. I get a email to say my return had been received and my exchange would be delivered soon. Arrived 2 days later. The cardigans are sweatshirt material and wash lovely, no fluff came out of the inside like iv found with cheaper made one. Will definitely buy again.

Great service. There was an issue with the stock. When I spoke with customer service they were very friendly and efficient. Shirts arrived in a timely manner. I would most definitely use them again.

Came across this company after being let down by a seller on eBay. And was a bit nervous but boy was I wrong to worry. My order arrived in less than 24 hours and the quality is second to none. Will recommend this company and will be ordering from them again.

Excellent service , quick delivery and exchange was hassle free!

I ordered what I wanted with no problems, great updates throughout and very quick delivery. The blouses are a perfect fit and of good quality. I would recommend this anyone to purchase from the school uniform shop!!

Very good value for money. Email updates on my order. I wouldn't anywhere else for school trousers.

A great service with with continuous updates on my order. The order came fast and a very helpful team. Thank you 🙏

The v-neck jumpers in Navy are perfect for my son. The v bum it is deep enough to keep the school happy and once’s washed dry really quickly. Would highly recommend.

This is now the only company I use for school uniform. Great range of sizes, colours and price. Easy to order online. Fast delivery. I have not had to return a single item, so can’t comment on the returns process.

It is the second time I have used this company as I was so impressed with the service, quality and value when I used them last year.
Again, it was an easy and trouble free transaction online. Uniform arrived within the time frame and the product was great quality as advertised.
Many thanks. I will use you again in the future.

Thank goodness for this shop I had searched everywhere for simple 'v neck' black sweatshirts when I stumbled across it and so pleased I did. Reasonable prices, great quality and speedy delivery. Very happy customer, thank you!!!

They offer a unique product not readily available elsewhere. Their website is easy to navigate and ordering is simple and straightforward.

This company is excellent, cannot recommend highly enough! Great levels and variety of stock in bigger sizes. Great communication and easy to return or exchange if needed.
