Wonderful company with excellent choice…
Wonderful company with excellent choice and range, I especially like the recycled polyester school shorts- they last forever!! Real (lovely) humans in customer services, which is a delight, and very easy returns if things don’t fit etc. cannot recommend highly enough- and nice to be buying from a smaller company too. Keep up the great work :)

Extremely disappointed with the service from this company. Bought a large order as an individual and being accused of buying as a business and not accepting my consumer rights. I am taking legal action but please everyone be careful when ordering!! Cannot believe they are treating me in this manner, wish I had given my business to a genuine company.

UPDATE
In order to provide context and completeness to this review here is my email conversation with Maria.

Hi Maria
Thanks for the clarification.
The reason we returned these two items from order number 257337 from 4th April was that our system shows that on 8th April we refunded you for these two items a total of £46.00 as they were showing out of stock at the time, so we have returned those two items to you as we can not be sure they were from us originally and we had refunded the two you had purchased from us already anyway.
So did not want to keep stock that we could not be sure was ours. We wanted to err on side of caution as we were not sure they were from us.

Hi Maria
Many thanks for your email.
So I can look into this further for you, when you mention below in the original order you were sent hoodies instead of 1/4 zips I believe these were from order number 257337 from 4th April can you confirm if this was the order that the hoodies were sent instead of 1/4 zips?

Hi Luke
Yes I have email.
I bought all the kit privately, I may have used the Club name as my reference. Nothing whatsoever has gone through a business account or for business use!
The items you returned were clearly labelled incorrectly as I did not order these. The original order we were sent hoodies instead of 1/4 zips as ordered but they were needed desperately so we used them.
Your stock take must have been wrong.
Really disappointed and feel I have been treated unfairly after such large orders.

Hi Maria
Thanks for you email and review on Trust Pilot.
I have looked into this with my colleagues, and my understanding is as per below:
With reference to your order number 266735 I can see that you placed the order on 16th September 2024 under the company name W***** Valley Pony Club.
I can also see that you placed two previous orders on 22nd April 2024 and 4th April 2024 order numbers 257738 and 257337, these orders were also ordered under the company name W***** Valley Pony Club.
When you placed your order number 266735 on 16th September my colleagues emailed you our standard business customer email, recognising the business name and large amount spent, confirming our terms and conditions for business orders as detailed on the website link below.
https://www.schooluniformshop.co.uk/page.php/returns-cancellations-complaints
You emailed back stating you were a private customer, and then rang to say you were a private customer and needed the order. When you spoke to my colleague on the phone you stated you would not be returning items for a refund, we confirmed this to you, we then continued with your order based on this basis.
We heard nothing further from you until we received a return on 26/09/24 when we examined the items returned, five in total we realised that the items were from your April orders, even if you had placed the April orders as a consumer and not a business, 5 months is outside our refund policy.
So what we did as a gesture of goodwill was we replenished you with 7200 points value £72, for the three items that were retuned from order number 257738 from April 22nd 2024.
For the two items that you had returned from the order number 257337 from 4th April our system shows that on 8th April we refunded you for these two items a total of £46.00 as they were showing out of stock at the time, so we have returned those two items to you as we can not be sure they were from us and we had refunded the two you had purchased already anyway.
Please could you let me know if I have missed anything from the above?
Luke

Great company
I highly recommend this company, I came across them when trying to find a school skirt in larger sizes. The ordering processes were straightforward and delivery was as advised.
I ordered two sizes for fit and had no problem returning the unwanted ones. The quality of the skirts are very good, purchased a box pleat, which washed well and fell back into shape.

Great site for uniforms especially since they deal with larger sizes
Having a child who is large for his age it was an absolute godsend to find this seller. His 38 inch waist was available in school uniform. Fit well, wash well and excellent quality. I do not hesitate to recommend this site to all parents whatever their childrens size. They were fast in delivery and in response to any queries. A delight to deal with.

Ordered a pair of wellies 1st of September and paid for a next day delivery which was supposed to be Monday 2nd of September but neither my order nor any communication to advise on the status of my order has been received. Phoned the customer service line and it’s just an answering machine repeating the same annoying 1 sentence without any actual human manning the phone line. Super displeased - not even 1 star is deserved.
