Schmiedmann has the lowest prices and the best customer support possible, schmiedmann even refunded a wrong wire transfer that i had sent them very quickly and with great reactivity, absolutely recommend dealing with this honorable establishment

This seems to be a common thing with these guys.... They take orders, do nothing about it, ignore you for a month, and eventually send your money back without telling you (you may get an email after its happened)... They claimed (eventually) that they hadn't had any emails from me and that BMS intakes were out of stock at supplier.... not true. I contacted the supplier direct.... and they immediately sent me some out, confirming that as they manufacture the part, they always have them. Just avoid this company, its a month of your life you won't get back.HERES THE EDIT: Schmiedmann have been lied to by their supplier... as I was a week later when I contacted them directly. The dealer also went on to lie to Schmiedmann about the interaction between them and myself. Schmiedmann in this case are exonerated, BMS however, should really get their act together (I'm being polite) I'd like to thank Schmiedmann for their extensive efforts to correct this utter fiasco that was not of their making.

I ordered coils for a bmw wich were out of stock wich was ok cause it only was 7 days waiting for parts to come in fine.
Over 1 month later they came in after email after email and being ignored and lied to,now they tell me that the coils come without boots! Not anywhere on schmeidmanns site does it say that these bremi coils come with no boots!more emails still no response

I needed a BMW (1980 528i) part in America and the dealerships said it was no longer available. So Schmiedmann saved me by getting it in very short time. Excellent communication and prompt delivery. I will be a return customer. Thank you!!
