Horrific disorganized unfair culture. highly incompetent narcissistic ceo that discriminates against women. Fred Designed an interview process that serves him well and completely disrespects the candidates time. He makes candidates invest 4 months, waiting amongst internal chaos. He directs HR to impose and call references before final decision. Then, he discriminates against women . He makes up excuses to refuse to pay women a senior salary. I am reporting the gender discrimination to the EEOC. During the investigation the EEOC will see the lack of women in senior roles and how women are paid less than men for the same work. Unethical environment! Do not do business with this company.
