Scam! STAY AWAY! Paid $1497 for leads that never came and a promised refund that never came either. Like the other negative reviewers, they asked me to authorize $499 to refund everything only for the system to have “glitches.”

ZERO STARS!! Gave this company 3 mths of $499 each, received nothing! A rep contacted me and said
they would refund all 3 mths. Was told because my account was not active, they would have to put a
"temporary hold" of another $499 to activate my account and process a refund. That never happened. Called back and was told a mth later my account was inactive again, and another "hold of another $499 would be processed to activate and process my now $2000 refund. Guess what, it never happened again, and the $499 was charged. Now out $2,500. The rep that I was texting to, talking to and emailing to quit responding all together. Now having to spend the time disputing with my cc company. Good news is I have it all in writing from this rep. Stay away from these guys. They are a SCAM!!!!!!!

The scam of the year.
After they failed to deliver on their 10 appointments of months, they continued trying to charge $999 for renewal.
Then they offer to reimburse me by holding $499 for 48 hours and they charged me and will not reimburse me.
If you’re smart you’ll stay away from this scam.

Hirey helped several coworkers get caregiver jobs quickly and provided immediate, helpful answers to every question. Would love to see even more local listings, but overall the experience was excellent, efficient, and supportive throughout.

Continued to charge despite being notified that I had not received any interviews. Ghosted me.

The company called Hirey is a total scamer.
They contacted me several times and promised to help me to recruit at least 5 people per a month with insurance licenses.
However, they have never give me solid lead nor I have had any recruit. This woman never contacted me back for few months and I send reuest to cancel the service and asked for a refund.
But, I am still fighting with these scamers.
At first, they told me that they will send me a list of leads for interviews but I told them I was too busy to interivew people. then she told me that she will do all the interview for me and only send people ready to be recruit. But, they have not deliver any promisses and did't contacted me for several months. I have complained and requested a refund, but they are still refuse to give me back money back. Now, I am planning to report them to the BBB and also the government officials soon. I need to stop them from harming anyone else. I saw few people have written positive reviews, but I think these are fake & I don't belive them.

Company is so poorly run. Signed up for their service to help with recruiting to my company. After a month of no referrals, they made lots of promises. Another month goes by and no referrals. Now I get no returned texts, emails or phone calls. Stay away from this company!

The platform does not have people specifically looking for 1099 work like they said. However my problem was that I was charged after receiving confirmation that my account was closed. I have been trying to get a refund for the past two months. I advice to anyone thinking about using this company is to use a pay pal and only add funds on a month by month basis. Because it seems impossible to get a refund.

Constant spamming. Refuse to stop contacting me

I received a heavy sales pitch to get on board to Hirey so that I can recruit loan officers. I was directed to a 7 day free trial, but never gave a credit card. The app just kept working after the seven days, but I didn’t need it.There were no qualified candidates. They’re not even close. My rep Charmaine also promised that in their premium service, their team would look for reps for me, which I have since found out is not the case. I have not been able to get a hold of her or the original sales guy which I think is from the Philippines. I fear this may be a scam. I discontinued my account, but I don’t wanna be charged for anything. Can somebody get back to me today?

This is the worst company, they give you a false promise to deliver licensed insurance agent, but once they get your money its goodbye, After 5months of trying to get my money back from this company, I just got off the phone with a lady called Anne, who told me that i could only get a refund of $49 instead of the $1998 i paid because my account was out of the 30 day money back guarantee, in other to get my refund she would have to charge my card an additional $499, as that is the only way they can refund me, and when i asked to go ahead guest what? she does not have my payment information, she wanted me to provide it or i stick with the option of getting just $49. And i asked if you have my payment information to refund $49 why cant you use the same method to "PUT A TEMPORAL HOLD ON $499 SO I CAN GET $1998" she couldn't give a convincing reason. I just opted to get $49. At this point i am not willing to loose any more money to these scammers. Please do not ever trust them.

I was sold on a plan that was to include guaranteed candidates for Life Insurance agent candidates. After 10 days of responding to every inquiry, I quickly found that none of these responses were looking to go into this industry. I simply asked for my money back prorated for the rest of the month and to cancel my subscription. I was charged not only for that month, but the following month as well. They reversed the second month charge and then ran it again. Currently I've spent $800 on a service that didn't meet up to the guaranteed interviews promised and the platform itself did not yield any interviews with the suggestions.

I highly recommend staying away from this company for hiring. I have spent 3 months trying to get them to refund me and they have not to this point. It's a disappointing business practice for sure when they didn't even meet their obligation.

Use another service.

I do not want to leave any stars for this service. When onboarding, I was told the 2nd month would be complimentary - I was still charged - reached out to my "partner" - phone number listed in an email sent this morning - out of service - I was told I cannot cancel or receive a refund. BE CAREFUL! They do not honor their agreements

Participated in the hiring event and this was quite an interesting concept. It's like a moderated reverse panel interview where each hiring manager gets to pitch why job seekers should consider them. It was organized and professionally conducted. I like the hiring events, hardworking customer success managers and ease of app use.

Every contact through this site has been a scam. Reported repeatedly but no response other than an offer to check out the poster. All imposter companies. Don't take the risk or waste your time.

Working With Jess has been the highlight of my journey with Hirey.She has been very professional and have gone beyond the call of duty in supporting me as a client of Hirey.

This is literally just a scam website full of recycle candidates that don't match your requirements, even though you're promised they are "pre-screened". A lot of the profiles are not even real people. You will get nowhere trying to recruit through this platform. They will also charge you a monthly "subscription" that is double the initial month. This was after I clarified multiple times during the presentation (during which they talk way to much and also barely speak English) that I would not sign up if it was going to renew automatically.

I hired an awesome insurance candidate in just days thanks to Hirey - it's perfect for quick hiring.

HOTBED OF SCAMMERS--DO NOT USE TO LOOK FOR A JOB.

A Fake job ad was placed on their website using our company's information and logo stolen from our website. We received numerous phone calls and emails (starting 10/21/24) from job applicants who have been in contact with the scammers wondering if the job posting was legitimate. We have screenshots from their communications on the Hirey.com website, as well as screenshots of the fake virtual interviews that were conducted on Microsoft Teams. The scammers conduct fake interviews, extend a fake job offer, then have the applicants fill out "hiring paperwork" that discloses their personal and banking information for "payroll". We have no idea how many people have sent these scammers their sensitive information. We contacted Hirey.com about removing the fake ads, and they were less than helpful. It took them over a WEEK to remove the fake ad after our initial complaint. I have found a ton of bad reviews from them online, and it seems to be a hotspot for scammers.
