Just received my outfit and I’m in awe at the beautiful stitching, I gave custom stitch measurements and the tailor stitched beyond expectations! Their staff service was also very nice and professional.

I ordered a dress and was very scared at first. But I am so amazed at the customer service and have regained my trust in online shopping at Pakistani store.

From quality of the dress to delivery. Everything was 10/10. Cant wait to shop again. 🤩

Sanaullah has amazing customer service and their in house tailoring services are Amazing! I have ordered custom stitched outfits from them previously and again more recently and each time my dresses fit like a glove. Shipping to Canada was very fast as well! For international folks looking to purchase quality Pakistani outfits, definitely consider Sanaullah. You will not be disappointed.

I ordered a wedding dress. I saw a picture on the site and i loved it. But when the suit was stiched and i asked fir the picture my heart broke in to 1000 pieces. It wasn't the same dress it looked very very cheap and also not at all the same on the picture. I'm so disappointed and i will never ever buy again her. Ladies please don't buy anything her especially if you are a bride i don't want that you heart wil be broken like the mine. Didn't expect this. Very very very disappointed!!!

I think all the 5 star reviews are fake. We ordered them on feb05,2023 got an email on feb07,2023 that items is not in stock. We change the item on the same date got an email from them on feb09,2023 acknowledging that they will be replacing the item. We send them an inquiry on Feb 28,2023 about our order got a response on mar02,2023 that are stitching the two dresses will be shipping in 4- 5 days. We send the inquiry again on mar14,2023 about our order was told on mar15,2023 that our order will be ready on mar20,2023 for shipping. I don't know when I will receive this order. It's so ridiculous. Customer service is a total joke.they ha b e charge my credit card the first day. When you supposed to charge it when the items are shipped basic credit card fraud.

I just loved the whole experience. My preferred item was available only at Sanauallah store and I wanted it delivered before a deadline. The customer service was great and processed my order in time so I got my package before the deadline. Quality of the item was top notch. I will definitely shop again.

Ordered a article from erum khan, paid online and after 2 weeks been told that it's not available and we can give you a credit so u can spent online on sanaullah store, I refused and asked them for money back in account, it's been over a month, sent twice my account details but not received back yet
Honestly I dont want it to give them one star but if u dont have anything in stock then dont put on website and take money
And if u have taken and cannot arrange money pay us back in the same account as soon as possible without any delay.
Unfortunately its seems like iam begging my own money from them.

I don’t know how people are giving them 5 stars. I spent almost 1,50,000pkr for the brand dresses with stitching. It’s my bad that I trusted them. They ruined all of my dresses. They used hardware stuff to adorn them instead of using fabric. Their tailoring is very unprofessional. They use the most cheapest products for stitching.
If you don’t care about quality, style or brand like then go with Sanaullah. They are kind of lower end.
And the lady Sarah who replies the emails, actually She does NOTHING. She is very rude, she doesn’t know how to value customers. After taking the measurements instructions she doesn’t do her job. There’s no quality control check. I have shown them their mistakes through the pictures and videos but they never ever till now took any action.
They sell original brands but theirs stitching service lower class. Customer service is very rude. Don’t recommend them.

I had ordered 3 suits for the first time from sanaulla and overall was so happy & satisfied with All of them.
The delivery to the Uk was so quick it arrived in 6 days which was very impressive i will definitely be ordering more in the future,Thank you for your amazing service!

I am based in the UK and was recommended this site through a friend of a friend. I asked several questions before placing an order the response from the team was speedy normally responded immediately if not within a day and had a professional manner. I order a custom stitched outfit the vide on site really helped me measure myself and it was sewn perfectly. The team kept me updated throughout the whole process. All in all from me placing the order to it arriving was roughly around a month. The outfit was beautiful and stitched exactly how I wanted. I would definitely recommend. The only slight improvement I would suggest is to leave a note when selecting custom stitching that after placing order you will be sent a separate form to fill in measurements. As when placing order was slight confused as to where I was supposed to add the measurements. Aside from that I would definitely recommend and will be ordering from here again in near future.

I got my delivery sooner than I thought and also my stitching instructions were adhered too.

excellent company excellent communication. suits stitched very well dispatched and received before the time stated. Colours exactly like the pictures and perfect fit correct with the sizing chart. I would recommend to others and will order again.
