Samuel Johnston Arvostelua

Happy customer. Arrived on time. Exactly as described.

Really great service with very reasonable prices

Amazing value for the bundle deals they have. I've recommended these to a few of my friends who are expecting. Customer service was brilliant when I made an enquiry regarding my delivery, they informed me of an issue with 1 of the items being out of stock and offered a different item but I wasn't in any rush for my delivery so said I was happy to wait until the one on the offer was back in stock. They said it would be 7 days until it was in stock and then they'd send my order. Received the full order 3 days later. I then placed another order for some Tommee Tippee monitors which were an amazing price and they arrived within a few days of ordering. 100% recommend.

Fantastic company and quick brilliant easy service, and always there to help if needed, also the supplier of great trusted products

Came in-store to get replacement mattresses for my next baby and they couldn't have been more helpful. They checked the fit to make sure that everything was correct and couldn't have been more helpful. They had plenty of sizes available which was great.

excellent customer service easy ordering quick fast delivery recommended to family and friends.

Ordered the Silvercross reef travel bundle. It’s gorgeous!! Great communication from customer services too.
Thanks
Laura

My order came perfectly as what i was expecting about it.

Easy to use and to find what you are looking for.
Quick and easy . I looked, liked , added to basket and checked out with payment with no problem.
Will be back to order more items in the future.

Always great customer service with Samuel Johnston. Collected our Noordi Fjordi Travel System Essentials Bundle up on Saturday. Delighted with it! Also bought the Alta Swing by Baby Elegance. Love it all! Highly recommend this company for all your baby needs. Will be back when I need to purchase a pram for our holiday next year. Thanks again

Excellent price and service, good communication regarding order and delivery.
Saved myself £50 by ordering from Samuel Johnston

When i was pregnant with my first, I bought a bundle offered by Samuel Johnston including a pram, cot, highchair and car seat. The bundle was significantly cheaper than if you would buy separately and fantastic value for the price. Delivery was on time and from ordering to delivery I had a great experience using this site.
Now, with my second on the way, I will be definitely using this site again, they have a great range of products and is super easy to find everything on one site. Would definitely recommend.

Definitely the best prices. Cheaper than Smyths toys who don’t do any offers. Ordered on Wednesday and received on Friday. Highly recommended!

Fabulous selection of childrens prams seats and travel systems, informative staff and knowledgeable about the products. Excited to visit the store again for some more goodies 🤗

I liked the deal they had and delivery was pretty quick for the bundle that was ordered

You have asked for a review , but still waiting for my items to be delivered

Lots of top brands and really great service. The bundles are amazing value for money, one item within the bundle I ordered wasn't available until after my due date so they substituted the item for a higher value item and still delivered within the timeframe. Ordered almost all my baby items and will definitely recommend to anyone

Lovely item, very quick delivery and easy to build. Looks sturdy and good quality.

I can’t recommend the team at Samuel Johnston enough, after being let down by another shop and only having 2 weeks till my due date the lovely boys in the shop reassured me that they will have my icandy bundle in on time and not even 5 days later my pram was ready to collect!

Awful!! Never even sent out product
Never sent out product website said 1-2 weeks for shipping. Everytime I reached out to customer service they said another week.
Customer service were useless and added to the problem.
