Great Service and Fast Delivery. I ordered 2 LED TV for my home and i got them faster than expected.

I bought a printer/scanner for my home office. Apparently the machine was 220 volts. So not for the U.S. market. a Samstores rep promptly called me to make sure I really wanted this or whether I wanted the version for the U.S. Very cool, right?

When I received the machine 10 days later (even though I paid $70 for 3 day shipping), I noticed that that the model was completely different. So I google that model # and realized that i had paid $345 for a machine that is readily available at places like target and bestbuy for $130. Any cool points that Samstores got for correcting my order error were lost once I knew that they had actually greatly profited off my ignorance.

I emailed the store to give them the opportunity to make the situation "right." No reply.

My advice: don't do business with companies like this that take advantage of people's mistakes. Or if you do, make sure you know exactly what you're buying.

UPDATE: Samstores replied that the same printer sells on amazon for the same price that they charged me. NO, IT DOESN'T! It sells on Amazon for $180! You charged me $345! I tried to post the amazon listing so that everyone could see the real truth, but Trustpilot doesn't allow links.

Buyer beware with this company.

Negative stars! Bought 18000 BTU window air conditioner that does not work. Calls to Customer Service is a waste of time! Should have known better. That is samstores, folks. Remember that. Positive reviews could even be fake in my opinion.

This is the worst company ever. I ordered a security camera system for my house. It was the Samsung 4 MP system which is a really good one. When I received my order it was the 5 MP with the plastic cameras. So call upgrade. Not what I ordered for one and didn’t call or email to see if I wanted it. Which I would have canceled the order. Nevertheless I called got the RMA sent it back after I paid out of pocket to send back. No UPS label was sent. Received the refund Minus the shipping. Not may fault but didn’t get the 55.00 original and the 63.00 I paid to sent back. Buyer beware of this company.

Wasn't expecting that I'll get my shipment in 2 days after ordering. Ordered a drill machine kit for some home maintenance, as I know they always deliver great quality products, they didn't hurt my expectations this time as well!!

I brought a Samsung phone from SamStore, at a good price - love it.I'm really happy so far. The camera is stunning. The portrait mode is great with the dynamic blurring in the background, and the ability to take lowlight photos now makes me really happy.
Purchased for my daughter and she absolutely loves it. Arrived quickly and although it was a grade A used item, couldn't find a mark on it!

Highly disastisfied by your service. I had to process payment three times with different credit cards but due to your technical issues then I had to do a bank transfer. Result: I will open my school with no whiteboard for the first week.

We purchased a Flymo from Samstores last year and were so delighted with it at our family cottage in Michigan that we bought one for our home in Maryland. Samstore personnel were great to deal with We found that delivery was very tight on the Maryland one so I called Samstores and I believe I spoke with Kapil Thakkar and asked if anything could be done to speed up delivery and to our amazement the Flymo arrived very quickly after that. Two converters bought, excellent items and fast delivery

Recent I bought appliances for my new house and they game me best prices and products.

I recently bought a gaming laptop. That did not work I return it to the store employees recommend I leave the laptop and come back for it tomorrow. They explain me the laptop did not function right and they got me a new laptop but when I set up my "new" laptop it was the same laptop I first bought. So I therefore brought back the laptop a second time to the store they. explain me it is not possible for the laptop to be fixed and they don't have a replacement laptop for me and therefore I could not get my money back I would never shop at the store Sam's again.

Complete fraud. I ordered instant pot here because Amazon doesn't sell 220V. But they never delivered the item. My order number is 39139 and my contact is info@samstore. All they did is to verify my payment, after that nothing happened. Never trust them.
